Claiming Her Back novel (Jessica and Lucas) novel Chapter 120

Chapter 120
With that. Olivia’s face darkened. Dwayne looked at Olivia and asked, “Miss Thomas, what happened to you?”
“Nothing, nothing. It’s just that I’m not feeling so well now. I’ll go back to my room.” Olivia let out a tight laugh and quickly went upstairs to her room.
Olivia patted her chest with her hand, and after calming down a little, she called Bailey.
“Bailey, Jessica is coming to my home as a guest tomorrow. Do you think she has found out anything?” Olivia asked as soon as she got through the call.
“Did anyone see you when you met Jerry?” Bailey asked after pausing for seconds.
“No, I chose a restaurant which people of our kind won’t choose,” said Olivia as she recalled.
“Then what are you afraid of? Maybe she just wants to beg for forgiveness after reading the harsh comments.”
Olivia thought Bailey made a fair point. She thus felt less worried.
The next day, in the evening, the whole Thomas family were sitting at the table, decked out.
For some reason, Olivia felt a little uneasy. She suddenly didn’t want to meet Jessica.
Justin looked around and asked with a frown, “Where’s Olivia? Why hasn’t she come down yet?”
Dwayne walked down the stairs and walked to Justin. “Miss Thomas said that she was not feeling well and did not want to eat.”
“Tell her that I’ll stop her credit card if she doesn’t come.” Justin was somewhat dissatisfied with Olivia. Was it about eating this evening?
When Olivia reluctantly sat down at the dining table, Jessica and Wendy also walked into the villa.
“Good evening, Mr. Thomas.” Jessica was dressed in a Chanel couture. She looked elegantly beautiful.
“Welcome, Miss Hall.” Justin had a rare smile on his face. He glanced at Dwayne and said, “Tell the chef to serve dishes.”
Jessica had a smile on her face. After she sat down, she glanced at Olivia and smiled. “Miss Thomas, you don’t look well. Didn’t you get enough sleep last night?”
When Olivia heard Jessica calling her, she was so frightened that she knocked her glass over and spilled water everywhere.
“Olivia, why are you so careless?” Justin was very dissatisfied with Olivia’s manners.
L. I’m sorry, grandpa,” Olivia stammered, her face pale.
Alright” Justin waved and said to Olivia, “Didn’t you say you wanted to apologize to Jessica but couldn’t see her? Now you can do
Justin made that up. Olivia never wanted to apologize to Jessica after all.
“Im sorry, Jessica. Sorry, it’s Miss Hall. I’ve offended you many times in the past. I hope you can forgive me, “Olivia quickly turned to Jessica and said.
Jessica smiled without saying anything. She first took a sip of the water in her glass, then looked at Olivia and asked, “I wonder what Miss Thomas is apologizing for specifically?”
“Yes, it is for… Olivia didn’t know what to say.
11 Olivia said it was for intending to have someone take photos of Jessica naked, she would be arrested,
of Olivia said it was for leading Jessica into a trap at the banquet, Justin would know that Olivia was the plotter,
As for what had happened last night on Twitter, Olivia by no means dared to say that.
Looking at Olivia biting her lips and frowning, Jessica smiled.
“What? Are you suggesting that you haven’t done anything wrong to me? Can’t you even think of one reason to apologize?”
“What do you mean, Miss Hall?” Justin noticed something was wrong. He was somewhat dissatisfied with Jessica’s attitude.
“Doesn’t Mr. Thomas know about the trending topic yesterday?” Jessica turned to look at Justin
Justin knew about it. Because Olivia made a fool of herself at the banquet, Justin had been very concerned about public opinion on Twitter these days.
But Justin did not think that Jessica being discredited had anything to do with the Thomas family.
“Unfortunately, my assistant contacted those posters who smeared my name. After I doubled the price, they simply told us the person who hired them.”
Jessica took out her phone and looked at Olivia. “This man is called Jerry. Miss Thomas, do you know him?”
