Drowing In Mr. Scott's Love novel Chapter 58

"Thank you for your support. Next, we have an interaction arrangement. I want to choose a girl to sing with me on the stage. Are you willing?"

He held the microphone, and the sweat on his head was slightly shining. With his clean smile, he looked very sunny and young.

"My Prince Charming, I'm willing, I'm willing."

"Choose me, choose me."

The girls under the stage immediately went crazy. They stretched their necks and screamed desperately, wishing they could stand on the stage at this moment.

She could even hear an excited female voice. "My Prince Charming, I want to give birth to a baby for you."

This made Abby Miller suffer because she had managed to squeeze out a short way. As a result, Edward Kent's words caused such a big commotion, and she was immediately pushed back.

"Oh my god-it is really terrible!"

Abby Miller smiled bitterly, fearing that she would be trampled on later.

"Thank you for your enthusiasm. Be careful of your safety."

At this time, Edward Kent smiled and came out to maintain order. Soon, he calmed down many female fans who were about to explode. Then, he looked around the field and gently looked at the figure with his back to him.

"Can the girl in a white dress invite you to perform with me?"

In the dense forest-like arms and many excited young girls' faces, he politely extended his finger and pointed to Abby Miller's position, inviting her.

Abby Miller was struggling to squeeze her way out when she heard his voice. She didn't even think about herself.

However, Abby Miller couldn't help but look down at her white dress when the audience turned their attention to her.

"It can't be me, can it?"

She turned her head stiffly and looked at Edward Kent, who was smiling at her on the stage. Her pupils suddenly widened as she pointed at her nose in disbelief. "Me?"

Edward Kent nodded and said, "Yes, Miss. Could you come here?"

Standing on the stage, Edward Kent lowered his head and smiled at Abby Miller. The sun shone on his face, and his handsome face was charming. He looked more energetic and handsome at this time than usual at school.

Abby Miller stared blankly at his outstretched hand and didn't know what to do.

She liked Edward Kent, but Richard Scott had once sternly warned her to keep a distance from other men. She didn't want to provoke Richard again because of Edward Kent. She didn't dare imagine the consequences.

She really regretted why she didn't turn around and leave at that time, but listen to him sing.

"When did Edward Kent discover me? Why did he choose me to go on stage?"

Abby Miller wasn't used to being the center of attention, and that made her feel uneasy.

But now, even if she wanted to turn around and leave, she couldn't.

All the audience's eyes were focused on her, she wanted to hide herself

"Beauty, get on the stage quickly. It's such a good opportunity. Why don't you sing with the Prince Charming?"

"That's right. I can't even get a chance. What are you waiting for?"

Even a few girls reached out and pushed her onto the stage.

"Hurry up. Don't keep my Prince Charming waiting."

If Edward Kent hadn't been looking at her, Abby Miller would have told the girls around her to go upstairs.

After being pushed a few times, Abby Miller clenched the hem of her skirt, stepped onto the stage with hesitation, and walked towards Edward Kent slowly.

Edward Kent seemed to sense her uneasiness. He strode up to her and held her hand.

"Don't be afraid. I'm here."

He said softly, with concern on his face.

Holding Abby Miller's hand, Abby Miller nodded stiffly at him.

Edward Kent pulled her to the center of the stage, then turned around and nodded to his teammates.

The music sounded again. Edward Kent held the microphone in one hand and Abby Miller in the other, and began to sing

It was a romantic love song. His voice was full of tenderness, and he cast affectionate gaze at Abby Miller's face as he sang.

Abby Miller's face turned red and she felt awkward. She wasn't used to being stared at like this, let alone with so many people watching. She felt forced and helpless

She stood stiffly beside Edward Kent and lowered her head slightly. If she could get off the stage, she would leave without hesitation.

Compared to Abby Miller's distress, the female audience was filled with envy.

"If my Prince Charming can hold my hand and sing a love song to me... Ah, I am drunk"

"Yeah, I'm so jealous of that girl. Why didn't he choose me?"

Four or five minutes seemed as long as four or five years.

Abby Miller finally survived until the end of the song. She could finally get rid of this awkward situation.

She really wanted to jump off the stage and go home right away.

However, Edward Kent held her hand. He took the microphone and said, "Today's performance is over. Thank you for your support today."

The three musicians also stood in front and bowed to the audience with Edward Kent.

Abby Miller struggled, but she didn't break free from Edward Kent's grasp.

The audience slowly dispersed, and many girls still looked back as they walked reluctantly.

Another girl shouted under the stage, "My Prince Charming, do you have any contact information?"

Edward Kent waved at them with a smile. Only then did he let go of Abby Miller's hand.

"Abby, what a coincidence! Did you come to see my performance?"

His gentle gaze landed on Abby Miller's face with undisguised joy.

"No, I'm here to buy something. I just happened to see you perform here."

Abby Miller bit her lower lip and told the truth.

"Well, I admit that I'm a little disappointed."

Edward Kent smiled gracefully. He glanced at the shopping bag in Abby Miller's hand and said, "However, thank you for your cooperation just now."

Recalling her stiff and awkward performance earlier, Abby Miller thought, "What kind of cooperation is that?"

There were so many excited girls off the stage. Any one of them would perform better than her.

"To be able to see you at first glance among so many spectators show that we are very destined. Isn't it, Abby?"

Edward Kent smiled and his eyes curved slightly. He looked really happy.

Abby Miller lowered her head in embarrassment. "Senior sings really well. The audience likes it very much."

"Really? Does Abby like it?"

Edward Kent suddenly changed the topic and looked at her expectantly.

This topic was a little strange. If she said that she liked it, it would give people the illusion that he liked Edward Kent. If she said that she didn't like it, it would make him feel disappointed.
