Ex-husband Goes Money Comes by Yvone Zabielski novel Chapter 366

Chapter 366 Ormand Is Awesome

Miguel cleared his throat. His voice was deep and rational as he analyzed the situation for Cristina.

"Cristina, it is now an adjournment. You can take this chance to withdraw the lawsuit. The McGraw family already has the exact evidence that Jerry is an illegitimate child. Once the evidence is exposed, it will be harmful to you, me, and the royal family. If the king knew it, he would not agree with you to punish Viola."

Cristina was even angrier, and she looked fierce.

"Why? Viola is a bitch. She killed my son. I want her to die. Do they think I will submit just because I'm threatened with these histories? In their dreams.

"I have to seek justice for Jerry. I don't care if the royal scandal is exposed. Even if it's a life and death struggle, I have to sue to the end."

Miguel couldn't persuade Cristina. His face darkened, and he didn't speak anymore.

Sherlyn had just come out of the bathroom and was walking along the aisle when she was taken away by Ronian's men.

She was taken to the next hotel and pushed into Ronian's room, and she staggered a few steps before she could stand firm.

Ronian was leisurely sitting by the window while lighting a cigar.

*rhe hazy smoke couldn't hide the anger in his amber eyes.

"So you agreed to go back to the Felton's place so quickly to find evidence for Viola."

His voice was cold, and the smell of tobacco in the room mixed with the threatening aura on his body. It felt suffocating.

Sherlyn took a deep breath and endured the pressure Ronian brought. She braced herself and nodded. "That's right."

Suddenly, there was a breaking sound.

The noise was loud.

As soon as Sherlyn answered, the cup in Roman's hand flew towards her, and the porcelain pieces shattered by her feet.

Sherlyn took two steps back to avoid being injured by the cup.

Ronian glared at Sherlyn. "What benefits did the McGraw family give you? What made you sacrifice your life for them and plot against your family without hesitating? What an ingrate!"

The last sentence severely hurt Sherlyn, and she resolutely met Ronian's oppressive gaze.

"I maybe ungrateful. I also know that everyone in the Felton family doesn't welcome me. Although you are my family, you are colder than strangers. Although Viola and I are not biological sisters, she treats me with all her heart. If it weren't for her, I would have died countless times. You and Cristina want to judge her. of course, I can't just sit idly by."

Roman sneered, "No matter how good she is to you, it is only because you are useful. How can there be someone closer to you than your relatives in this world? she killed your fourth brother. Even though Jerry is an illegitimate child, he is still half a member of the Felton family. The McGraw family shouldn't bully him. And once the McGraw family exposes Jerry's identity, the Felton Group will suffer a great loss. Do you understand?"

"I'm sorry, Mr. Felton. I just care about Viola."

Sherlyn's eyes reddened, and she showed her respect to Ronian. "I have no feelings for you, Jerry, or the Felton family. If you're not happy about it, my return banquet can be canceled. Just treat it as if you have not found your sister who has been missing for many years."

Roman extinguished the cigarette and narrowed his beautiful eyes. It made it hard to see his emotions.

Before she left, Sherlyn finally said, "Mr. Felton, you might not understand the meaning of Viola to me. I would rather not be the Felton family's daughter than do anything to harm her." • • •

Todd was driving to the countryside. On the car was Ormand, who had recovered.

The man had just woken up in the hut.

His chest was wrapped in a thick bandage with faint traces of blood. His lips were pale, and his face was devoid of blood.

His azure eyes which were like gems of stars struggled to open up. His eyelashes trembled slightly.

He tilted his head slightly and immediately saw Ormand sitting on the chair next to the bed.

The man said, "You?"

Ormand played with the watch on his wrist. He did not look at the man, and his tone was indifferent.

"Even Viola doesn't know. She was so nervous that day. When she fired the gun, her hand trembled. The bullet didn't hit your heart. It went slightly off and didn't hit your artery."

"Why..."

Jerry asked weakly. He was puzzled.

Even if Viola didn't kill him with one shot, he would still die if he lost too much blood. As long as Ormand didn't save him, he would still be a dead man.

Jerry wondered if Ormand was to torture him by saving him.

"Why do 1 have to save you?"

Ormand understood what Jerry wanted to ask and chuckled, "For the past half year, I have been plagued by illness and almost died several times because of you. But I have also inflicted the same kind of pain on you. Under heavy torture, you almost died several times. Since you have handed over the Super Serum, and my body has recovered, our previous grudges will be gone."

Seriously?

Jerry was slightly startled.

He didn't expect that Ormand would say something similar to what Viola said back then.

Jerry and Ormand were both bloodthirsty and ruthless, and they were rivals of love and enemies who could not live together. How could Ormand let him go so easily?

Jerry sat up hard and leaned against the bedside. "You know, I handed over the serum because of Viola. I don't want to save you at all. I just want you to die."

"Yes, I know."

Ormand looked calm with a light expression. "You wanted to help her with this matter, but she shot you. Her choice helped you because you wanted to die. And it also helped me because it made things easy for me. Now, I will help you and let you go."

Jerry looked at him in shock.

"Ormand, you should know me well. If we change positions, and if you are in my hands now, I will not let you go so easily."

"Unfortunately, there is no if. You do not have the opportunity to make me a prisoner. Whether to forgive or continue to hate, the choice is in my hands," Ormand said.

He stared at Jerry with a fake smile and black eyes which had an innate arrogance and nobility.

His facial features made him handsome. Even though his face had been burned and had undergone a skin transplant, his face was still extremely handsome.

That pair of dark eyes, apart from the viciousness of holding authority, was also filled with righteousness and even pure love for Viola.

Jerry smiled in relief.
