It was not a big deal, compared some dreadful wound he had suffered in the war in Pola. In that war, he almost died, he had been wounded for times, and scars were left all over on his body.

“Baron, I am sending you to hospital,” said Tracy miserably, looking at Baron’s bloody shirt and weeping.

“Tracy, I go and start the engine first, you carried Baron,” said Yuri fast, weeping, before Baron said anything.

While speaking, she ran towards the car.

Baron was really irritated by what Phillip had done, but he felt warmed and relieved for what Tracy and Yuri had just done when he was stabbed, and it healed better than medical treatment.

“Tracy, don’t worry, it was no big deal, I am fine,” said Baron soothingly.

“Shut up!” scolded Tracy at Baron, weeping. “Don’t talk, it may worsen your wound.”

“If you don’t trust my diagnosis, you can go and check it in another hospital, just don’t waste my time, and other patients are waiting,” said the doctor in a slightly mad tone. He was displeased, as expected, by their questioning. It was a taboo to question a doctor, for no doctors liked being doubted.

“I am really fine, Phillip just gashed my skin, and it bled,” Baron stopped them promptly, as he saw Tracy and Yuri still shaking their heads.

As he spoke, he showed the wound to them. The wound was just a small and shallow cut, after it was just cleaned up by the nurse.

When seeing the wound, Tracy and Yuri seemed not to believe in it.

“How can this happen? I saw the knife stabbing deep into your chest,” asked Tracy in a surprised tone.

Baron smiled, “You are wrong, Phillip stabbed into my jacket, and I was just gashed a little bit by the tip of knife.”

Tracy and Yuri just could not trust it. They reckoned Baron must have hidden something from them.

When they got back to home, the demolishing team and the delivery guys had already left, leaving a chaos in the yard.

The house was damaged, which was dangerous to live in.

“You go to work. I go to Perry Courtyard.”

Baron said suddenly after he got out the car.

“Baron, can you just forgive them?”

Tracy would choose to forgive them, for she was a member of the Perry family, although they hurt her badly.

“Tracy, the Perry family was so unkind to you, why do you ask for mercy for them?”

Yuri shrieked emotionally, “Last night, Lara almost got lost, and today, Baron almost got killed, what the heck are you begging for?”

“Yuri, you said Lara almost got lost last night? What happened?” asked Tracy in a firm tone, looking into Yuri’s eyes.

Yuri’s face was getting white, as she realized that she had misspoken.

“Lara got lost last night? I didn’t say so, you misheard me,” said Yuri in a flurry, looking around.

“Yuri, you are not good at lying. Every time you lie, you don’t look at my eyes. Come on, tell me!” said Tracy, shaking head. Her voice was getting loud, and her eyes started brimming with tears.

“Yuri, now she knows, just tell her the truth!” said Baron, as he understood it could not be hidden from her any longer.

Hearing this, Yuri took a deep sigh and told Tracy what happened last night.

Tracy was gritting her teeth as she learned that Lara was tempted and took away by Zoey.

Her anger reached the peak as she heard Yuri was forced to be naked in front of a group of men.

“And what happened next?” said Tracy, clenching her fists.

Yuri looked away at Baron, for she didn’t know neither.

And then, Baron told Tracy he followed Shallot to a villa, and found Lara and Sarah, who was detained by Shallot.

But he didn’t mention that Zoey was taken away.

Tracy felt very guilty, for she had blamed Baron, after she understood what was going on last night.

“Tracy, now you know why Baron insisted to get rid of Phillip? He is trying to protect us,” said Yuri sternly.

And then, she looked at him, and said in a worried tone, “Baron, I know you are an excellent fighter, and you want to revenge on Phillip, but it is murder, you will be put in prison. Think of Tracy and Lara, how can they live without you? I don’t care what you do to the Perry family, but you just can’t kill Phillip.”

“I was so silly. I am not supposed to worry about the Perry family, they took over everything from me and expelled me from the family.”

Tracy stared at Baron, looking very seriously, “Baron, from now on, you solve the problem as you see fit, I will not interrupt you, but promise me, you won’t kill anyone. And whatever you do, I will back you up!”
