Let Love Takes Away All This Pain By Jenna Writes novel Chapter 369

Chapter 369: He Really seemed to be her rock

Jackson frowned when he heard candy scream. “candy, don’t scream.”

“Woof woof!

It got louder.

Even though it’s office hours, don’t be too loud in your apartment.

It’s easy to affect people at home.

“candy!

Jackson walked out.

The door of the apartment opened and Alva came in.

Jackson was startled.

“Why are you back?”

Get over there.

candy holds Alva’s leg, excited.

Alva is naturally happy to be back so early.

Alva is about to take candy away.

He was holding her leg so she couldn’t walk.

Hearing Jackson’s voice, she looked over and Jackson came over.

There was a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eyes.

He was very happy.

“I asked the director for leave.”

Jackson looked at Alva. Her face had recovered, and she was not as silent as she had been this morning.

“I said you don’t have to come back. I can do it alone.”

Close the door and take the bag off her hand.

Alva looked at his busy figure, curled her fingers, walked over and hugged him from behind.

Jackson froze.

The smile of the mouth also solidified.

Alva hugged him by his lean waist, her face against his broad back, and whispered, “Jackson, I’m sorry about last night.”

She shouldn’t have said those things.

She hurt him.

There was a lot of look in Jackson’s eyes, and the corners of his mouth were loose.

He turned, took her hand, and said, “Alva, you didn’t apologize to me. I’m the one who should.”

“I was greedy.”

He hadn’t thought about what he wanted from her in the first place.

No kissing, different rooms, no kids.

He accepts them all.

But with her, every day, his heart began to change.

He wanted to kiss her, he wanted to sleep with her, he wanted to have children with her.

He wanted to do with her what any couple would do.

He has lost his original heart.

“No, you’re not greedy, it’s me, I…”

Jackson covered her mouth and a smile spread across his face, soft, affectionate, burning.

“Alva, forget last night. We’re the same as before.”

Much of what Alva wanted to say was swallowed back in that moment.

Dissipate.

Yes.

Forget it.

There is a lot of pain in life, if every one of them remember, how painful will it be?

The two men began to pack their things.

Everything goes back to the way it was.

But it doesn’t seem quite the same.

They seem to be closer than ever.

This must be the run-in, Alva thought.

Maybe in the end, she’ll really love him.

Even just a little.

The two packed up at nightfall.

Alva looked at the time and said, “It’s just under seven o’clock. I wonder if the landlord is available now.”

Come and see the house today, hand it over.

She has to go to the office tomorrow, and she has no time.

Jackson knew what Alva was thinking. “Give me a call,” he said.

“HMM.”

Alva picked up her cell phone and called. Jackson said, “I’ll do it.”

Hold her hand and call the landlord.

Alva looked at him. He was wearing a shirt with two buttons unbuttoned at the neck, his forearm sleeves rolled up, his hair slightly

wet.

Moving is hard work. He did 80 percent of the work today.

It’s like he really became her rock.

It wasn’t long before the phone called and Jackson said directly, “Sir, we’ve already vacated the house. Do you have time now? Why don’t you come and see it now if you have time?”
