"You should be sorry for mom." Isabella said, "She was so worried that she got insomnia."

"Sorry. It was all my fault," He felt so shame.

"The lawyer said that if you behaved well inside, the sentence may be reduced."

With tears in his eyes, Mr. Jones nodded.

After chatting for a while, Her father asked: "How about you and Christian?"

"Not so good. We may get a divorce." Isabella did not cover it up from him.

Her father was startled, feeling guilty: "It's my fault. If I didn't force him to marry you, you wouldn't be so upset now."

Isabella shook her head instead.

She knew that her father loved her for doing that.

At the very beginning, she only said that she had a crush on Christian. Her father then straightly went to Christian’s home. Coincidentally, the Miller's family also needed Mr. Jones’s help, so this marriage was settled. Her father loved her, who would give her whatever she wanted.

She needed to thank her father because it was not until she had married Christian did she know that he had never loved her, and she then completely gave up any thoughts in her heart. Even the divorce was requested by her.

As soon as the time’s up, Isabella reluctantly said goodbye to her father.

Then she took a taxi downtown.

Not sure if it was because she hadn’t got enough rest, her chest began to feel stuffy and even her lower abdomen ached. She gradually lost consciousness in the pain. When she woke up, she found she was in the hospital.

"Miss, remember to take good rest if you are pregnant." Seeing that Isabella had woken up, the nurse could not help but say, "Your baby is still very weak. You may easily miscarry without a good rest."

From the nurse, Isabella knew that she had fainted in the taxi and the driver sent her to the hospital.

Isabella went through all the examination without saying a word. She then put on her shoes and slowly left the ward.

A couple carrying their child passed by her. The baby was cute and tender, and the husband was brimming with a happy smile. "Honey, his mouth looks like yours so much!"

His wife patted him gently, then said unwillingly "Are you saying I have a big mouth?"

"No, daring, you are the fairest of them all!"

As Isabella seeing them off, she felt a little sad. She touched her abdomen, where a small life was growing up.

Slowly, Isabella couldn't help but cry, "Sorry, I’m truly sorry."

When Isabella returned to Luke's home, she found that he had already been back. He was playing with Rachel.

"I'm sorry. I was too busy." Luke felt sorry to have Isabella babysit for him so long. Seeing that Isabella didn’t look well, he couldn't help but ask: "What's wrong? Are you sick?"

”No”, Isabella forced out a laugh: "Luke, could you do me a favor?"

Christian was looking for Isabella all over the world.

Not until now did he realize that he actually knew little about Isabella herself, or any of her friends. He couldn’t find her in Diana’s home or her company, so he could only drive aimlessly.

He was so agitated but he didn’t know why. He felt that it should be him who asked for a divorce, not Isabella. Now he was like a L'arnacoeur cheating on her.

When he was thinking about if he should get a hacker to implant a GPS or something like that on her phone, his phone suddenly ring. It was an unfamiliar number.

However, he vaguely felt that it was Isabella, and hurriedly picked up: "Isabella?"

"It's me." Isabella said calmly: "Christian, Let's have dinner at my mom's tonight."

"Okay, I'll go."

Christian finally was relieved.

The call indicated that there was still room for manoeuvre.

However, Christian was astonished that the person opened the door for him, was neither Diana nor Isabella, but a very tall man.
