"Not funny" I glared at Ryker, and he smirked smugly.

I opened the door to the warehouse, and walked in as Ryker followed in behind me.

Everyone's head's whipped up towards me and Leah and Liz started bombarding us with questions.

I put my hands in surrender "Whoa...whoa....calm".

Vince said "Well tell us! We have money betting on what you guys did"!

I narrowed my eyes at them, and Ryker muttered "Dumb-asses".

"Well! What did you guys do"?! Neil exclaimed.

We both took a seat on the one empty couch, and Ryker placed a hand on my thigh and everyone stared.

"They slept together"! Vince and Will shot up.

"No, they only made out"! Neil, Reece, Peter said in unison.

"They didn't do anything!" Craig declared.

"They only kissed"! Leah and Liz exclaimed.

"Oh my God!" I groaned and they all looked at me "Do you want to know what we did"!?

They all stared intently and I smashed my lips into Ryker's, and he pulled me into his laps and his tongue found mine right away.

"Ha! They made out"! Neil, Reece, and Peter all exclaimed victoriously.

I pulled away from Ryker, and everyone else stared shocked.

"O my God!" Leah and Liz said slowly.

"We win"! Reece said putting his hands up victoriously.

"Rain" Ryker's voice said softly and his hands combed threw my hair "Rain, you have to get up".

I opened my eyes and looked up to see Ryker. I was laying across the couch and my head was in his lap, as he stared down at me.

"It's 3 o'clock. You've been asleep for 4 hours" He said and caressed my cheek with his fingers.

I sighed and sat up, and Ryker pulled me into his lap, and I rested my head on his shoulder and he laced his fingers with mine.

"Did you sit there for 4 hours"? I asked now feeling bad, that I fell asleep with my head on Ryker's lap for 4 hours...

"Yeah..." He trailed off.

"Why didn't you wake me up.."?

"Because you didn't sleep at all last night" He said as he wrapped his arms around me.

"I never sleep" I said rubbing my eyes, trying to get myself to wake up.

Everyone walked out and I went to get out of Ryker's lap but he pulled me down.

I sent him a glare and Liz asked "Wait.....are we missing something- Are you two....together"?!

"No"! We both blurted at the same time.

"Well it sure seems like it" Neil mutterrd.

My phone rang and I picked it up and answered "Hello"?

"Rain! Where are you?! We have a dinner with some of dad's clients" Jax yelled into the phone.

"Shit" I muttered and ran a hand threw my hair "Sorry, I forogt. I'll be there in 20" then hanging up.

"Where you going"? Will asked.

"I have to be home, my dad has people over that he's doing business with..." I explained.

I turned to Ryker and asked "Can you drive me home"?

He nodded and stood up.

I ran up the driveway and Ryker followed behind me.

I opened the door and Ryker stopped in the doorway as I walked in.

I turned around to look at him and raised an eyebrow "Aren't you coming"?

"No Rain...your dad doesn't like me, and I don't need you getting hurt" He stated and clenched his jaw.

I parted my lips and started "Ryker-".

He kissed my forehead "I'll come later, if you want me to. But I don't need you getting hurt because of me".

I nodded slightly, and Ryan came out and clutched his fist and tensed up.

Ryker squeezed my hand then walked out.

I sighed and Ryan asked "You were with him"?

I nodded "Yes. Is that a problem"?

He nodded "Yes it is. He's not good to be around Rain-"

"Stop" I interrupted him "I don't need you telling me I can't see Ryker, because we both know I'm not going to listen anyways".

I walked upstairs to my room and slammed my door.

I walked downstairs in a black lace dress with black heels and my hair curled.

My dad was talking to the people and everyone was dressed up.

"Oh..this is my daughter Rain, Rain this is Mr. And Mrs. Briggs" My dad introduced.

My eyes widened.

Faith's teacher?!?!

Mrs. Briggs said "Oh-Hey....you're that girl that was with Ryker, today".

I bit my lip and my dad looked at me and gave me a You-What?! look.

Mrs. Briggs must of realized she just said something she shouldn't of and put a hand over my mouth "Oh, sorry".

"It's fine" I sighed as I thought about how I had to deal with my dad after this.

"How about we eat dinner"? Mr. Briggs suggested.

We all took our seats and I twirled the spaghetti I was eating around my fork.

"So Rain" Mrs. Briggs perked "I hear you're a senior".

I nodded in response.

"Yeah, and way to young to hang out with college guys" Jax accused.

I rolled my eyes "I'm 18, not 8".

"Rain! Jax! We are not talking about this right now"! My dad warned.

We became silent for a few moments.

"Do you have a boyfriend"? Mrs. Briggs asked curiously.

For some reason I wanted to say yes....

I shook my head "No, no boyfriend".

"Yes, you say Vince Baker...Vince Baker caused it"? My dad asked and my head whipped up.

"Yes. Along with Ryker Anderson....but my wife doesn't want to admit that since she is his little sisters teacher" Mr. Briggs voice stopped.

I stood around the corner of the wall and listened to my dad and Mr. Briggs conversation.

"We will have them arrested" My dad said.

My eyes widened and took off my heels quickly and ran outside and shut the door behind me.

I got in my truck and drove away in a hurry.

"Vince! Ryker"! I yelled repeatedly as I ran up the stars of the warehouse.

"Vince! Ryker"! I yelled as I ran into the main room.

Everyone stared at me confused as I tried to catch my breath.

"M-my dad w-wants to...Oh,.God can't breath....to a-arrest you" I said out of breath.

They tensed up and clenched their jaws. Everyone else gave them an Are-You-Serious look?!

"What the hell did you two do now"!? Craig exclaimed.

"Uh.....we kind of..vandalized Mr. Briggs; the asshole that works at the hospital, car" Vince explained.

"He ripped us off!" Ryker scoffed.

"We don't have any fucking bail money, for you two"! Will yelled.

"Yeah we get it"! Ryker yelled "Don't put the fucking blame on us! We're not the ones who fucking started it"!

"I don't care who started! I'm ending it!" Craig raised his voice.

"Rain" Ryker's said as his hands cupped my face and his eyes were boring into mine "You need to calm down".

"Ryker" I cried and grabbed his wrist "Please, please don't leave!"

He looked at me with guilt and wiped a tear with his thumb "I'm sorry, princess", and he pulled me into a tight hug.

"Ryker, please" I begged as I cried into his chest as tears streamed down my face.

"Rain, please don't make this any harder. I love you, always remember that" He said and kissed the top of my head.

"Please don't leave me" I mumbled into his chest, and I heard a gun-shot go off.

I jumped and Ryker looked back quickly then back at me "Rain, I have to go. Promise me, you'll move on, and let go. And do not blame yourself for this".

"I can't-" I said honestly as my voice was shaky.

The door burst open and Rhett and the rest of his gang walked in.

"Rain" Vince said and Rhett smirked "Give it up Anderson".

Ryker clenched his jaw and looked at me and pressed his lips to mine, and gave me a quick kiss and saying against my lips "I love you".

Rhett said "Up against the wall", and Ryker walked over to the wall.

Vince pulled me back and I was sobbing my eyes out.

This can't be happening?!

"Hands behind your head" Rhett instructed and Ryker did as told. Blake handed Rhett a hand gun, and Rhett loaded it.

Then raising the gun up, and curling his finger slightly around the trigger.

Ryker took one last look at me, and his eyes spoke a thousand words.

"Please" I whispered to myself.

Rhett pulled the trigger, in a second the bullet flew out as the golden brass flew.

BOOM!

Ryker fell to the ground, and I screamed "No!"

Vince held me back, and I fell to my knees as tears streamed down my cheeks.

"Rain! Rain! Rain! Wake up!" Joel's voice said and I was being shaken.

I sat up quickly and all my brothers were surrounding me, and I realized I was in my bed with tears streaming down my face.

"Where is he"!? I started to freak out as the accruing memory of Ryker being shot in my head played over and over again.

"Where is who"? Jax asked.

"Ryker! He's dead! He's dead"! I sobbed and Joel and Ryan grabbed a hold of me, as my body became tense and started to shake.

"Rain! Calm down"! Ryan said and Jax grabbed my phone then calling someone.

My door open and Joel rubbed circle on my back, and I looked up to see Ryker.

He gave me a concerned look, and my lips parted "Y-you're a-alive"?

He gave me a confused look, then squatting down to my height "I didn't die, princess-".

"Thanks for coming Anderson" Jax patted him on the back "We're going to go downstairs, if she freaks out just give a yell".

Ryker nodded, and they walked out and downstairs.

Ryker pulled me into a tight hug, and I felt safe.

"Don't ever leave me" I whispered, and he rested his chin on top of my head and said "I won't".

"Come on, go back to sleep" He instructed in a soft voice, and I pulled back gave a worried face.

"I'll sleep here" He sighed, and I nodded. He kicked off his shoes, and took of his jacket.

I moved over in my bed and he got in next to me. He sat up with his back against my headboard and wrapped his arms around me, and I rested my head on his chest.

"Go to sleep, princess" He said softly and I did as he said and closed my eyes gently.

"Thank you....again" I said and Ryker nodded "No problem".

My dad came down and gave Ryker a cold glare, and Ryker sent one right back.

"Uh...I have to get ready for school, I'll see you later"? I broke the silence.

Ryker' s head snapped towards mine and he kissed my forehead then walked out and said "Oh, and good luck on your English test", and shut the door behind him.

"I thought I told you to stay away from him" My dad gritted.

I turned around to face him and rolled my eyes "Yeah, well when have I ever listened to you..." I said and walked upstairs to get ready for school.

"Hey, baby" Blake said and wrapped his arms around my waist from behind and rested his chin on my shoulder.

I ignored him and continued to put my books away in my locker, and he kissed my neck "How about you come over, tonight"?

"I have plans" I muttered as I continued to put my books away.

"Lets have Me You Plus no clothes a bed = The best night of your life" He smirked, and I scoffed in response and shut my locker door and pulled out of his grip.

"Leave me alone Blake" I said, and he clenched his jaw "Don't make this harder then it has to be. I mean come on, you're not with Ryker....you don't have any feelings for him, right"? He asked and shoved his hands in his front pockets.

My lips parted and I blinked a few times slowly and thought about it "That's really none of your business".

"See here's the thing, babe" He said as he walked closer to me, and I backed up into my locker and he put an arm on the side-above my head; blocking me from going anywhere "It is my business. I thought we could actually be something....that is until you flipped out because I almost killed the asshole".

"Nobody calls him an asshole, but me!" I gritted, and he gave me an amused look.

"Now if you'd excuse me, I have a life to attend" I said and asked a smile, then pushed him away and walked away.

I sighed and parked as I came to the warehouse, and I threw my head back against the seat and let out a huff.

I looked and saw an un-familiar car. It was a red Porsche sports car. I unbuckled my seat belt, and got out and grabbed my backpack and slung it over my shoulder.

I walked into the warehouse, and up the old worn-out metal stares and to the main room. I pushed the door open and walked in to see everyone sitting around laughing.

There was a girl that I didn't know, sitting right next to Ryker and laughing. Then their heads all whipped up to me.

I dropped my backpack on the ground and Neil greeted "Hey Rain".

"Hi..."? I trailed off.

The girls stood up and smiled at me "You're Rain, I've heard so much about you".

"Is that so"? I asked raising an eyebrow.

She put her hand out and introduced "I'm Chloe, Chloe Sage".

"Rain-" I started and she said "Oh, I know who you are. You're that model, and the sheriffs daughter" she smiled.

I bit my lip and nodded slightly "Yeah, that's me.....I guess".

Why does everyone just think of me as the sheriffs daughter or some model?

I sat down next to Will, and Chloe went and sat down next to Ryker.

"So, how was school"? Vince smirked and I rolled my eyes "Amazing" I said with sarcasm filling my tone "Getting hit on my Blake, is exactly how I want to spend my day".

"He still won't leave you alone"? Peter asked and I shook my head "Nope".

"You're in high-school? Guess that explains the uniform...." Chloe said.

She was beautiful, and I couldn't compare to her....She had long blond hair with it curled simply at the ends, her bright brown eyes shined, she had a model-fit body, and a perfectly straight smile.

Ryker chuckled and slung an arm over her shoulder "Just now putting the piece's together"?

She giggled "Hey! You know I hate puzzles".

There's something I don't like about this girl.....

Ryker smiled at her and laughed "Yeah, I know".

I felt a pang in my chest...and tensed up at how they were so close, and laughing and smiling at each other.

I was in the kitchen and I was eating a salad that was left over in the fridge. I picked around the cabbage and ate the croutons.

"Hey" Liz smiled as she walked in, and I muttered "Hey" and stabbed my salad with my fork.

Will and Peter also came in and I glanced over threw the window to Ryker and Chloe in the living room, they were fooling around and play-fully flirting.

I rolled my eyes at the sight of them and continued to eat....well more like stab the living daylights out of my food.

Liz, Will, and Peter all raised eyebrows at me.

"What"!? I snapped, and Peter asked "You okay? I mean you can only stab that olive so many times".

"I'm fine" I muttered and continue to mutter to myself "Fucking fork!"

Will, Peter, and Liz all took seats around the table and I raised an eyebrow.

"Rain, are you jealous"? Liz asked.

"What?! No! Jealous of what"?! My voice was not convincing.

"Of Chloe...." Will trailed off.

"No! Why would I be jealous of her?!" I asked.

"Because she's got all Ryker's attention, he hasn't even said 'Hi' to you today and just yesterday he spent the night with you" Peter narrowed his eyes at me.

I looked up at Chloe and Ryker in the living room, and she giggled then he pecked her lips and she was in his lap, then Ryker pressed his lips fully onto hers.

My heart sunk, and my expression fell into sadness. Liz gave a sympathetic look, and came over and hugged me.

"Why does it hurt"? I asked with my voice weak .

"Rain...." She sighed "I'm sorry...." and pulled away.

"Rain, Chloe's-" Will started and ran a hand threw his hair "Chloe's Ryker's ex girlfriend.."

My eyes widened "What"!?

"Yeah, they were pretty serious too" Peter nodded "They were together for 2 years. Chloe was in love with him, and Ryker wasn't in love with her...so Chloe got mad and they broke up. It was a whole fiasco at the time".

His ex girlfriend?!

I looked into the living room and Ryker and Chloe were being all cute-and-couplely, and just gag me!

They repeatedly pecked each others lips and Chloe wrapped her arms around his neck, and he wrapped hers around her waist as she sat in his lap, while Ryker sat on the ground.

"Why is she back"?! I exclaimed.

"Craig invited her.....I don't know why....but she's joining the gang again" Will trailed off.

"You've got to be kidding me" I muttered, and Liz rubbed circles on my back "You'll get threw it, I promise".

"Thompson, can you pass me a glass"? Ryker asked, and I raised an eyebrow and whispered to myself "Thompson"?

It just didn't seem right...didn't seem right for Ryker to call me that....

Vince and Craig went to pick up a pizza, and we were now all in the kitchen. I grabbed a cup from the cabinet and handed it to him.

I went to grab another glass, and Craig asked "So Chloe....are you and Ryker getting back together"?

BANG!

The glass cup I went to reach and dropped on the ground and shattered on the ground. Liz sighed and gave me a knowing look.

I dropped the cup, because of Craig's comment, and it distracted me.

Leah came over and I knelt down and started to pick up the shards of glass off the ground. Chloe said "Here, let me help you" and I stood up and said with annoyance in my voice "It's fine, I got it" and threw the shards of glass away in the garbage can.

Chloe gave an 'Oh' look and walked back to where Ryker was. I saw I sliced skin open in the middle of my palm and it was bleeding.

I finished cleaning up the broken glass and turned on the sink and put my hand over the cold running water and bit my lip in pain and closed my eyes shut. I turned off the faucet and re-opened my eyes and dried my hands.

Reece handed me a cup and said "Here, we don't need any other glasses being broke".

I rolled my eyes and took the glass and mumbled "Thank you". I took a seat next to Reece and Neil as everyone started to eat.

"So Rain.....I saw the whole new story about your dad and you at the restaurant, what went on there"? Chloe asked.

"That's really none of your business" I said.

"What the hell is your problem"?! Ryker exclaimed and looked at me with disgrace "You're acting like a fucking bitch"!

"Well doesn't that make two of us" I snapped.

"Alright you two"! Vince yelled "Not today! We don't need to deal with you bickering"!

I rolled my eyes and Ryker did the same. Chloe gave an innocent look and put her hand on top of Ryker's and he looked at her, and she pecked his lips.

I tensed up and averted my eyes, and I stood up and everyone looked at me.

"I have to go, my dad's going to kill me" I said and Liz asked "Want me to come with you"? I nodded and she got up and we walked out. I grabbed my backpack and walked out of the warehouse.
