Chapter 100 I Had a Nightmare

Melvin tried to struggle.

Brock put his leg on Melvin's neck directly and pressed his face to the ground hard with his knees until Melvin grimaced in pain.

Melvin waved his hands frantically like a clown.

After enjoying Melvin's embarrassment for a few seconds, Kendrick said slowly, "Melvin, don't forget that you are a hit-and-run suspect. You show up so ostentatiously. Do you think the surveillance cameras were only decorations?"

Kendrick leaned forward slightly with mocking eyes. "Or do you want Grandpa to accompany you as a guest in a legal program on TV?"

Melvin came back secretly.

Natalie came back to her senses and asked apprehensively, "He won't go to Grandpa and tell on us, will he?"

Kendrick was calm. "I hope he will do that."

He wanted to take this opportunity to test Seth's attitude.

Seth was partial to Melvin in the past few times, but he might reweigh everything after what happened lately.

Natalie looked at his calm face and fell into deep thought.

"Do you want to see Grandpa's attitude this time?"

Kendrick looked up at her.

Natalie knew she had guessed it right.

She wheeled him forward and said, "Grandpa has been harsh on you. Maybe he has a high expectation for you, or perhaps..."

Natalie couldn't figure out Seth's attitude toward Kendrick.

Seth was a great man, and it was not easy to guess his mind.

"He is defensive against me. He's afraid that I will weaken his authority." Kendrick said, "But he relies on me. I didn't fail any of the projects handed over to me."

"I've hung him in the underground garage and will put him down in two hours. The surveillance video here has been deleted in time. It won't have any impact."
