My Quick-witted Baby (Arabella and Kenneth) novel Chapter 264

Chapter 264

As Stephany shouted out, two security guards came over immediately, "Miss, what happens here?"

She pointed at Arabella, "Well, this woman wants to sneak into the banqueting hall without an invitation. And she tells a lie that she is invited by Ms. Lucero. I believe she comes here to cause some trouble. You'd better drive her out right now!"

Stephany didn't want to see Arabella here as she felt the latter was not qualified to join the party. Besides, Arabella looked rather gorgeous in her long bright nude dress which seemed to be designed for the heroine. She didn't want Arabella to attract any attention either.

Those two guards came to Arabella quickly, "Well, Miss, you can't make any trouble here. Please leave immediately, or I'm afraid we will kick you off!"

Seeing that Arabella was thwarted, Stephany felt much relieved. She held her head high and said, "Just leave, Bella!"

As she just said that, she heard a stern voice coming suddenly, "What are you guys doing here?"

Stephany looked back and found that it was Ms. Lucero!

The president was followed by Ms. Owen.

Stephany quickly abated the scheming and evil look, and went forward to explain delicately, "Ms. Lucero, let me introduce my sister Arabella to you. Well, Bella wants to go in without an invitation, and she says she is invited by you. Certainly I won't believe such a lie. As she just gets a diploma of high school, how will she possibly know you? So I try to persuade her to leave, and the security guards just come here at the moment."

Jenna cast a strange glance at Stephany, "What? You mean Arabella just has a high school diploma?"

Stephany straightened up as she heard that. Although the ghost of a smile had played round her lips, she pretended to sigh outwardly, "She does, Ms. Lucero. Bella has been brought to the countryside since she was a child, so she doesn't have a good schooling or a high degree. Please don't look down upon her."

Ms. Owen was quite surprised as she saw Arabella coming, "Arabella, why are you here? It is a party with medical celebrities gathering together today, so don't come here to cause trouble. Well, I mean, you are a beautiful girl. Just have some self-respect and don't make a fool of yourself."

Because of preconceived ideas, she had some prejudices against Arabella, but she felt that the latter looked graceful and rather gorgeous in her long dress.
