Chapter 31
Looking at each other, Kenneth Lucero's eyes were a little cold and serene. He looked at her quietly, which made her feel flustered.
Arabella Snyder avoided his gaze, "Thank you, for tonight."
Seeing the look of her dodging, Kenneth Lucero curled his lips. His handsome face was smiling, but the smile didn't reach the bottom of his eyes, "Other than thank you, do you have nothing else to tell me?"
Arabella Snyder bit her red lips lightly.
At this moment, Kenneth Lucero raised his hand. His slender fingers suddenly landed on the button of her collar.
Arabella Snyder's pupils contracted. She quickly held down his big hand and said vigilantly, "What are you trying to do?"
Kenneth Lucero looked at her, sneered a bit sarcastically and then buttoned the two loose buttons on her collar, "What do you think I was trying to do, having car s*x with you?"
Arabella Snyder couldn't win him every time. It could be seen that he was in a bad mood right now and his entire being became pushy. He would never humiliate a person. When he humiliated one, he would simply have somebody's guts for garters.
Arabella Snyder was forced to step back, feeling a little embarrassed. Her snow-white earlobes became even redder, "I want to go to the hospital to see Janelle Stein."
"Well, we'll be there in a while."
Arabella Snyder wanted to get up and leave his embrace.
But the arm around her slender waist was as strong as an iron hoop, she was not allowed to leave. She moved uneasily twice which caused the man to frown in displeasure. His palm was on her sunken curved flank and pinched on it.
Arabella Snyder frowned in pain and did not dare to move anymore.
At this time, the business luxury car was driving at high speed. The bright neon lights outside poured in through the brightly rubbed windows. Kenneth Lucero's handsome and delicate facial features were plated extremely gorgeous. He was a hot mess.
He felt stuffy in his heart and couldn't breathe. He reached his hand out and pulled the tie around his neck, "Remember what I told you?"
What?
The fact that he said to call him if there was any problem that cannot be solved?
Arabella Snyder tugged at the clothes on her body and pulled it into a bunch of folds. Some words must be made clear. She didn't want to be ambiguous, "Mr. Lucero, I remembered what you said. I admit that I was a little reckless tonight. If you didn't come in time, what will happen next is unpredictable. However, I don't want to trouble you with everything. After all, we are only in a peace agreement relationship."

Kenneth Lucero's eyes darkened, "Do you really think so?"
Arabella Snyder nodded, "Uh huh."
Kenneth Lucero retracted his arm, "What a heartless girl. Roll off of my thighs now!"
Arabella Snyder had never seen him losing his temper, but he was terrifying now. She rolled and crawled down, sat on the side and tried not to take up the space.
Kenneth Lucero saw her being so well-behaved had him laughed with anger. If he told her to get off, she would get off. When did she become so obedient?

Neither of them spoke again and arrived at the hospital half an hour later.
Janelle Stein had already entered the VIP ward, received an IV, added a heartbeat monitor and was taken care of by professional nurses.
Arabella Snyder knew that Kenneth Lucero did all of this for her. He was a thoughtful man. Mature and wise that made one couldn't help but felt at ease and wanted to rely on him.
Janelle Stein was in a coma and hadn't woken up yet. The situation was not very good.
Arabella Snyder sat on the edge of the bed and held Janelle Stein's cold and aged hand. She felt very sad.
At this moment, a deep and husky voice was heard above her head, "Eat something first."
