My Quick-witted Baby (Arabella and Kenneth) novel Chapter 364

Chapter 364

Kenneth stood there and his gaze fixed on Jenna's face. His eyes were dark and deep as if a terrible storm was hidden inside, which almost flooded Jenna.

Jenna wasn't afraid of Kenneth. After all, she was his elder, but at that moment, her scalp tingled, and she felt a little afraid of Kenneth.

Or she had a guilty conscience. Because she was about to tell Arabella all about his unbearable past when he arrived.

Arabella turned around and saw Kenneth. She said, "Mr. Lucero, you are here. I didn't find you just now."

Kenneth walked over with steady steps, his handsome face was placid, and his voice was calm. "Mrs. Lucero, go call Grandma and tell Grandma that we'll go home for dinner tonight. Grandma hasn't seen you for several days and must miss you."

He wanted to get rid of her.

Arabella was afraid that something would happen if she left, so she looked at Kenneth hesitantly and tugged at his sleeve with her soft fair fingers.

Kenneth's lips curved. "I'll just say a few words to my aunt. Mrs. Lucero, be good."

Arabella withdrew her little hand, "Then I'll call first. Come over quickly."

Arabella left.

Now only Kenneth and Jenna were left in the corridor. The oppressive atmosphere was strange. Kenneth looked at Jenna and said in a calm voice, "Jenna, what do you want to say to my wife?"

Jenna looked bad. Kenneth was her nephew, but in front of Kenneth, she felt like a prisoner on trial. "Didn't you guess it? Why bother to ask knowingly? I want to tell Bella all about your past. I want Bella to know what a terrible person you are."
