My Quick-witted Baby (Arabella and Kenneth) novel Chapter 54

Chapter 54
Arabella sneered, "When it comes to teasing, I'm miles behind you, Mr. Lucero. While in an ambiguous relationship with me, you took your lover to a hotel on your business trip. Do you feel a sense of accomplishment since you can switch between two or more women so easily and skillfully, Mr. Lucero?"
Kenneth did not quite understand what she meant. "Stop being so mysterious. Speak clearly."
"Mr. Lucero, I think it's fine if you know when to stop, but if you're truly shameless, I'll just say it. The night you were on a business trip, a woman answered your phone when I called you. She even told me you're in the shower!"
Kenneth quickly took the phone out of his pocket, opened his contacts, and saw that she did call him.
However, someone answered his phone for him.
Kenneth remembered what his personal secretary, Cole, had told him that night. Cole told him that Sadie, the PR director, was there.
Then Sadie must be the one who answered the call.
A cold light flashed in Kenneth's eyes. At this moment, he could feel the girl squirming in his arms. So, he detained her and said, "Behave!"
"Mr. Lucero, what is the meaning of this? Are you flying into a rage out of humiliation because you've been exposed?" Arabella looked at him provocatively.
Kenneth took the cigarette from her fingertips and tossed it in the ashtray. "Mrs. Lucero, are you jealous?"
'W-What?'
Arabella quickly denied it. "No."
"You obviously are, and you're still denying it. Who is the one who repeatedly asked me to find other women when I came back?"
"I was..."
Kenneth pressed down her smooth shoulders and forced her to look at him. "I have already fallen into this point in your opinion. Even if I, Kenneth Lucero, have a woman, do you think I need to lie and cover it up?"
"You... You..."
Arabella was stunned. She thought they might fall into an embarrassing situation after she exposed him, but what was he saying now?
He might think she was ridiculous. He looked a little indifferent while he looked at her cynically, and this despised her to the extreme.
Arabella had met scumbags growing up, but she had never met one who was so arrogant.
"Kenneth, you are so shameless!"
Arabella punched him with her fists clenched and even kicked him a few times.
Kenneth narrowed his eyes at the girl in his arms who was waving her little hands and feet. She was always tickling him like this.
Kenneth curled his lips, the gloom of these days was swept away. Now, he was in a good mood. "Mrs. Lucero, look at how shrewish you are. You're acting like a ferocious wild cat just because someone picked up my phone. Won't you go crazy if I slept with someone else?"
"..."
Arabella froze for a while before she exploded. "I'm not jealous! I said I'm not jealous!"
Kenneth saw how mad she was and how indignant she was because she could not beat him even if she wanted to. Then, Kenneth raised his hand and flicked her little nose. He said in a low and mellow voice, "Mrs. Lucero, although I can't handle it when you are jealous, I still like that you're jealous because of me."
"Kenneth!"
Kenneth let her go. "You should sleep here tonight, don't go back."
After saying that, he turned and left.
Arabella stopped him quickly. "Where are you going?"
This was his room. It was already so late, so where would he go?
Kenneth glanced at her. "What? Do you want to keep me here and sleep with me?"
Arabella blushed. She angrily picked up the pillow on the bed and threw it on his handsome face. "You can leave now. We've made it clear, so go find another woman."
Kenneth raised his handsome eyebrows and left without coaxing her.
