The Contract Lover (Nina Morrison and Lucien Gray) novel Chapter 167

Nina is heartbroken, "What about Jasmine? You can let her accompany Nelson more. Haven't you been dating for three years? She should get along very well with Nelson, right?"

Lucien's tone is very icy, "She wants to have a good relationship with Nelson, but Nelson doesn't like her."

When it comes to Jasmine, both of them are silent.

Nina presses down her profound anguish caused by Nelson and approaches the desk to pick up the proposal, "I have to go."

"Nina!" Her waist is suddenly held tightly by Lucien from behind.

"Don't go, stay with me for a while," he says, spraying hot air from his mouth on her neck.

Nina's body is as rigid as iron, "Lucien, can you not be so self-willed? You have a girlfriend. Please respect me and yourself!"

Lucien's hands are tighter, and his eyes are filled with happiness and softness. He says, "Nina, are you jealous now?"

Be jealous? Nina is in a daze for a long time, then she comes out of her trance, "Lucien, you overestimate yourself! Do you think the women all over the world are rushing to love you?"

Lucien holds her tightly, and his voice is a little gloomy and hoarse, "Nina, please give me some time. About half a year later, when Gray Group's real estate industry develops and grows, I will break up with Jasmine."

Nina's heart is so cold. She hears from Sunny that Jasmine's father is the Vice-Minister of the Ministry of Land and Resources, in charge of the power of land use approval.

She fiercely turns back and stares at Lucien's eyes, "Lucien! I despise you! You take the sentiment to do the transaction, you can do anything for your interests, and you use your girlfriend as a tool! You are so shameless!"

Lucien's body slowly tightens, and his eyes turns angry. He grabs Nina's shoulder and says, "Do anything for interests? Well said! Do you know why I do it like this? It's all because of you!"

"Because of me? What does this have to do with me? Do I force you to be in a relationship with Jasmine?" Nina seems to have heard the most ridiculous thing in the world.

Lucien clamps up her jaw and forces her to look at him, "Nina, it's ridiculous, right?"

When she sees that he is deeply offended, she immediately regrets it. Why does she forget the man's temper again? Why does she fight against him again?

Nina takes a peek at the office door, and it's tightly closed. It's impossible to escape.

Nina quickly adjusts her expression and tries to make herself smile, "You misunderstands me, I don't mean that."

"Not that? So what do you mean?" Lucien presses on.

Nina is impatient to have such a boring conversation with him again. She quickly replies, "I just feel sorry for Nelson!"

She finds that Lucien will be much gentler when it comes to Nelson.

Sure enough, it works. Lucien takes back his hand, and after a moment's silence, he suddenly says, "Nina, I'll take Nelson with me on Saturday's date, OK? I think he will like you."
