The Contract Lover (Nina Morrison and Lucien Gray) novel Chapter 70

Chapter 70 Casual Banter

"Hey, what are you doing? Let go!" Nina Morrison blushes. Jarvis is still here. She is embarrassed.

Lucien Gray holds Nina Morrison's waist tightly. He puts his head on her chest and says vaguely, "No." He looks like a child.

Jarvis opens his eyes wide. He doesn't expect cold Lucien Gray to act like a spoiled child! Although the bar is messed up by Lucien Gray, it is worth it!

Jarvis is curious and feels it funny.

Nina Morrison glances at Jarvis next to her and coaxes Lucien Gray. "Let go! Shall I take you home?"

Lucien Gray suddenly raises his head and grins at Nina Morrison. "What shall we do when we get home? Have sex?" There is a trace of naughty in his eyes.

If there's a hole in front of her, she's sure to get in!

Jarvis curbs the laughter. He coughs twice and pretends to be serious. "Miss Morrison, take your time. I still have something to do." After that, he turns quickly and leaves.

Nina Morrison hears Jarvis finally burst into laughter as the door closes.

Nina Morrison blushes instantly. She twists Lucien Gray's ear angrily. She feels like a cruel stepmother who is bullying a silly stepchild. "Aren't you shy? You are shameless!"

Lucien Gray is not shy at all. He shamelessly takes Nina Morrison's hand and takes her to his arms. He is extremely strong when he is drunk. Nina Morrison stands unsteadily and is held tightly by him.

Nina Morrison smells alcohol and masculinity. She remembers Andrew's delicate mint scent. She frowns and tries to push Lucien Gray away.

Lucien Gray refuses to let go. He holds her tighter and wants to kiss her on the mouth.

Nina Morrison tiltes her head to avoid the kiss. The back of her head is held tightly by a powerful big palm. He kisses her hard on the lips.

After that, Lucien Gray turns over and puts the unstable Nina Morrison in his arms. He closes his eyes and utters a sigh of satisfaction.

Although Nina Morrison is tired, she is not sleepy at all. She stares blankly at the gorgeous decorations on the sofa. She doesn't love Lucien Gray but she does things with him that can only be done between lovers.

Does Lucien Gray love her? When she thinks of the question, she smiles silently. She is too naive to think it.

Lucien Gray certainly doesn't love her. He doesn't love any woman. How could he understand what love is?

"What are you thinking about?" He suddenly asks her.

Nina Morrison thinks Lucien Gray is asleep. She turns to see his eyes shining in the light. Nina Morrison almost thinks that the light in his eyes is love.

Nina Morrison rolls over and whispers, "I'm thinking about my dad..." Nina Morrison does not lie entirely. She is wondering when her father will finish the operation and when she will leave Lucien Gray.

Lucien Gray holds her tighter. He lays his chin gently on top of her head. He touches her long hair. "Next week I'll see a doctor to arrange an operation for your father."

Nina Morrison is overjoyed. "Really? Thank you!"

Lucien Gray laughs. "How do you thank me?" He looks at her viciously.

Nina Morrison pulls her clothes tighter and looks warily at Lucien Gray.

Lucien Gray is amused by her hedgehog-like vigilance. He reaches out and pats her on the face. "Stop daydreaming! I'm powerless now! I'll feed you tomorrow!"

Nina Morrison blushes with his words. She turns away and ignores him.

Lucien Gray breathes in her ear. His voice is very gentle. "Are you shy? I'm not kidding you anymore. Dress up and accompany me to dinner tomorrow."

Nina Morrison glares at him angrily. "I'm pregnant and it's not convenient for me to go to dinner. My stomach is bulging now so I don't look good on anything!"

Lucien Gray reaches out and caresses her slightly raised lower abdomen. He says domineeringly, "I say you look good and you look good! Listen, I'll take you to buy dresses tomorrow morning!"

The next day Nina Morrison is jammed into the car by Lucien Gray. She grumbles reluctantly, "I really don't want to go to dinner. Can I not go?"

Lucien Gray looks at her. "Nina Morrison, are you inferior? Do you think you can't attend formal occasions? You are too timid!" He knows what stimulates Nina Morrison best.
