How could an adult just go missing? Matthew paused with a solemn expression on his face. “What's going on?”

“Mrs. Grant, she... She was picked up in a van as soon as she left the office. The driver didn’t notice until it was too late, but I immediately checked the surveillance footage and saw they were heading towards the motorway in the suburbs.” Curtis wiped the cold sweat on his forehead, as almost everyone was aware of how cruel Matthew could be in Oakshire.

These people dared to mess with Matthew Grant. They were coming asking for trouble.

Matthew neatly got into the black Land Rover, closed the door to start the car. Curtis also closely followed and rode shotgun, hearing Matthew say to him with a somberly cold voice, “Show the way.”
