Manfred was stunned about that, since he never expected that she would say such words to hurt him.

“Charlotte, think carefully, are you serious?” Manfred grabbed her wrist and asked her.

Charlotte looked up at him and said, “Manfred, I told you I can’t be with you. Why don’t you give up? And Kennedy is my husband. How he treats me and how I feel is my own business.”

Manfred, “...”

“Are you really ok about that? Even though he’s really shaming you and using you? Charlotte, why are you so stupid?”

Charlotte pursed her lips and did not speak. Manfred did not give you but directly hug her.

“Come to me, I can give you the happiness you want. I will treat you much better than that Kennedy does.”

Manfred frowned, “Why do you think so?”

“It is the truth. Did you remember Reynold called me soon after I got married? You were there too. Reynold asked me to monitor Kennedy. In this marriage, you put me to Kennedy as a pawn.
