Chapter Fifty Eight

"Its okay bro! He is your friend so he is supposed to help in your wedding." All of sudden Hana gains her confidence back and tells them.

Ahad opens his mouth to say something when Hana scrunches her nose at him and runs from there. Irtaza laughs at his sister's antics and pats Ahad's back and takes the tray from him, motioning him to leave.

He turns and moves towards his wife, who was still seated on the sofa.

Placing the food on the center table he softly nods her to start.

The black gates were opened, and the cars swiftly entered the driveway stopping with a screech. Everyone got down, dead tired due to the function.

Irtaza gets down from the driving seat and jogs towards the passenger to help a struggling Mushk. Holding her tiny hands in his big ones, he easily helps her to get out.

All of them entered and Mushk was directly taken to Irtaza's room.The kids were asleep and here, Yasmin was trying her best to explain to Irtaza about Mushk's fears, indirectly telling him not to force her for anything.

Though Irtaza was aware of what happened, still he nodded at his mother, not uttering a word. Knocking the door, he slowly gets inside to see a nervous Mushk sitting on his bed.

This was a dream come true for him, her sitting on his bed and he had every right to gaze at her whenever he wanted. Sitting in front of her, he takes her henna clad hands in his and kisses her knuckles.

Mushk's breath hitched at the contact of his lips on her hand.

"Relax!" Irtaza whispers to her, feeling her stiffen at his touch.

Feeling a cold metal on her wrists, she looks down to see a white gold bracelet encrusted with small diamonds.

"You wedding gift." Irtaza adoringly looks at her bright green eyes. For him, her eyes we're therapeutic, they were soothing and calm.

"I think you should change, it looks uncomfortable." Irtaza tells her feeling her stiffness.

Mushk looks up to meet his eyes, shock clearly visible in them.Irtaza’s eyes soften seeing the look in her eyes.

"I know this was supposed to be your secret, but I heard you when you were telling mother about what Zohan did to you." He grits his teeth angrily ,reminiscing her precious words.

Tears well up in her eyes and she looks down at her lap, embarrassed! Irtaza's eyes soften seeing her look so embarrassed, he holds her chin and directly looks into her eyes.

Forest colliding with black night.

"You don’t have to be embarrassed, the one who had to be is free for now, but I promise you, I will make him pay for each and every tear of yours." He firmly tells her, wiping the tears.

He takes her in a tight hug, to which she immediately responds by tightening her arms around him making him smile
