“First of all… you asked me who I thought I was? I’m going to pose the same question to you. Who do you think you are, Cynthia Anderson?”

Cynthia was at a loss for words.

“Second… you look down on mistresses, bi tches, and shameless women; however, now it will be exactly this same mistress, bi tch, and shameless woman who will be teaching you etiquette and educating you! If that’s the case, does that put you on a higher tier than the wh ore, bit ch, and shameless woman you’re conversing with?!”

She couldn’t find a word to retort as she opened her mouth and then closed it again.

“Third… I am indeed from the island, but must the people there be exceptionally filthy? Do you think you are that clean, becaus body is reeking of all kinds of stinky perfume, it makes me w throw up!”

I breathed.

“Fourth… my height is five feet and seven inches, and my weight is one hundred and twenty pounds. Do you have any further questions?”

Cynthia was speechless for a brief period of time and couldn’t process what had just happened. It was at that point that she became aware that I had just smacked her across the face.

“You… did you just hit me?” She raised her hand and was about to hit me back, but I grabbed hold of her wrist and pulled her closer to me instead until we stumbled on the floor, where we both fell with her on

top of me.

“We’re finally friends!” Cynthia c ocked her head to the side to look at me, but she was in a daze and didn’t know how to react to what was

happening.

“That’s fantastic!” Jake gave a proud smile at me. “From this po forward, we are a family. You should try to get along with one anoth on a regular basis…”

Sebastian, on the other hand, didn’t smile. His intense eyes traveled all the way over his sister’s features.

“Celine, are you tired?” Jake questioned out of the blue. “In which room are you going to be staying for the rest of the night? Would you like to stay in the room that’s right next to mine?”

“Oh… I… I’m truly sorry, but Mr. Anderson informed me that I would be staying in Cynthia’s room. Right, Cynthia?” I put some pressure on her shoulder. “You invited me into your room just a while ago…”

I could feel her come to her senses, and as she did so… she looked at the two men in front of us, twitching the corners of her mouth. “I have

“Goodnight, Jake…” I said and then followed Cynthia, not once glancing over at Sebastian.

But as I was climbing the stairs, I could overhear the two men having

a conversation.

“Bro… take a look at my Celine. Isn’t she just the cutest thing ever?” Jake beamed.

“Your Celine?” I couldn’t help but grin as Sebastian repeated what Jake had just said.

“Don’t worry… I’ll do everything in my power to turn her into my Celine…”
