The Alphas Princess novel Chapter 26

Isra's POV

"What?" I said allowed as I looked around taking in my surroundings of a bleak cement cellar, seeing two very familiar faces. "It's you! Sable" I exclaim pulling her into my arms. She'd thinned so much and her golden caramel skin was so pale. "Isra." She cried into my shoulder. She was sniffling and her tears soaked the ends of my hair. "My Luna I've missed you so much." She continued. "Where did you disappear to?" She stepped back looking carefully over me. "My mate pulled me away." I said thumbing away her tears. "Alpha is still alive" she whisper shouted to me. Before I could give an explanation I looked down to the wolf laid at her feet. Coat faded in color, shallow breathing, and faint heartbeat caught my attention. "It's Ty." Sable hardly muttered out loud. She turned away as more tears threatened to fall. My heart aches seeing my pack in agony like this. "The Alpha you knew is dead yes but a part of him is still very much alive and well." I said assuring her as I bent down and stroked Tyler's fur. He gave small whimpers in return and rolled over to stand on wobbly legs. Sable looked in wonder as Tyler began to move. "Drake has gone mad since you left. I've heard rumors from the guards that he's tortured Luke till his wolf died." Sable said as she reached her hand out to stroke Tyler's fur. Tyler let out a whimper at the mention of his older brother. "He will be dealt with very soon." I assured her. "What about your pup? You'll be due at any moment now yes?" She asked as she began to caress my swollen stomach. Nefertari seemed to enjoy Sables touch as she gave a soft kick. "I can assure you that fool will go no where near what's mine." A deep voice boomed from behind me. I noticed my shadow falter and shift as Cerberus appeared before me. His pale white skin almost glistened in the annoying fluorescent lights that hung above. The haunting red eyes met mine and glowed. A whimper from Tyler filled the room and Cerberus focused his gaze to the slim and weakened wolf. Tyler forced his gaze to meet Cerberus and his eyes glowed to match Cerberus'. "My third in command, you still stand?" His velvety voice called out with a smirk. Tyler shifted and kneeled before Cerberus and I. "I will not die until I've served my alpha to the fullest. We are not done yet sir." His voice came out monotone. I watched in astonishment as Tyler submitted to Cerberus so easily as though the act cams natural to him.

Cerberus turned to the gate keeping us confined in the small room. He stared at it as it burned to ashes and we began to walk out.

Sable stepped close to Tyler and he growled pulling her into him.

"She was your mate all this time?" I asked cocking my head back at them and raising an eyebrow. He lowered his head. A few more moments of silence passed us. "Your Alpha female asked you a question, Tyler" Cerberus voice cut through the silence. "Always Luna. Sable has always been my mate since the day we found her." Tyler's words rushed out as he clutched the omega closer. "A mate is to be treasured They are you in a sense. If anything happens to them you will most certainly die of agony." Cerberus said leading us out of the cell to a stair case. Tyler looked away from his alphas critical gaze. "We must find your brother." My mate said. We all gave him a stunned look. As though reading our minds he replied "Oh believe me my Beta is far from gone his wolf is alive simply waiting on my orders." He corrected us all as he led us to a steel door with no window or bars at all. I saw the claw marks from the other side of this door breaking through to the outside. Sable let out a whimper. "Brother." Tyler called out.
