The Divorced Heiress Revenge (Bella Thompson) novel Chapter 1441

“Just as it was about to leave Savrow and reach the airspace bordering Hatchbay, it exploded!”

“It exploded?!” Bella and Justin’s brows furrowed deeply.

“Yes, residents within a dozen kilometers of the area heard a massive explosion.”

Ralph took a sharp breath. “The explosion destroyed the helicopter instantly. It seems there are no survivors!”

Justin’s heart sank, and his sharp, eagle-like gaze suddenly turned to Christopher.

Immediately after they discovered Maxwell’s whereabouts, people went after them to prevent them from stopping Maxwell. Then, Christopher, the troublemaker, appeared again, and the helicopter exploded.

It all seemed interconnected, as if Christopher was pulling the strings!

“No survivors… Can we identify the helicopter’s owner, then? What about the number of passengers and their identities?” Bella’s breath quickened as she inquired.

Ralph turned to her, his head close to hers as he said, “I’ve dispatched my subordinates to look up the helicopter’s details and collected surveillance footage along the route and nearby areas. We should have answers soon.”

“I think it’s probably just Maxwell.”

Justin’s handsome face was as frosty as ever, and his voice was strained and hoarse. “Christopher is trying to mess with us. First, with a diversion, and now with this attack! He anticipated from the start that we would discover his purchase of a private jet and use the plane to send Maxwell away. So, his sudden appearance at the airport was to draw attention to himself and provide cover for Maxwell. In fact, he never intended for Maxwell to leave Savrow in his private jet.”

“Damn it! This sneaky bastard!” Ryan cursed loudly, hoping Christopher heard it loud and clear.

“N-No.”
