Ch 31. Councils verdict

The events that unfolded on the day of the demise of red eyes wolf were witnessed by the pack members of the Royal blood moonlight park.They were all asked not to say a word about this to any outsider by their king but someone went against him.

But the worst part was that the details of the events that spread around were distorted and false.

Truth would have made everyone appreciate the heroism of the thunder wolf but half truth made the thunder wolf sound as a villian.

A villian whose hands had blood of innocents

The one who was a dangerous animal and who all wanted to be executed with the most painful death ever known to wolfkind.

The day of the court's verdict was decided

28 th of January

This day was eagerly awaited by everyone

Everyone wanted justice to be served

No one knew who thunder wolf was and how he looked like

Her last act of heroism was hidden from all

They just heard that the thunder wolf had surrendered

And they were ready to turn into a mob if this wolf was not killed in front of them

Revenge and half truth blinded them and they were not going to settle at anything less than her blood.

This was the first time that werewolf community gathered together for one purpose

All packs ,Alphas,Betas,Gamas,omegas and even rogues were coming to witness the verdict of the most dangerous wolf ever known to exist.

Aaron Alistaire king was considered the god of justice and everyone worshipped and adored him like a true god

In this case also they all wanted their king to serve justice just like he always did.

But little did they knew what this prisoner meant to the king.

Little did they know that they were asking their king to give a death sentence to his Queen ,to their own queen.

The day of verdict,

Atqasuk,Alaska

Royal court room

The biggest courtroom was filled to its full capacity.

Chattering of people could be heard

People of all ranks,Alphas of all packs were seated

Thousands of people were standing outside the courtroom burning with the rage of revenge

A special bench of 20 most eldest Alphas was called and they all were seated in their places awaiting the arrival of the king ,the majesty .

All sounds died down when their king stepped into the courtroom.

Everyone bowed down as he made his way on the red carpet towards his royal throne.

The weight of the royal crown on his head and the royal mate mark on his wrist placed him in a delimma.

His red velvet cloak touched the ground as he ascended his throne

Once he was seated everyone took their seats .

The king's royal blue eyes met the eyes of the presenter of the case and with one blink the presenter got his signal to start the biggest and the most important case he had ever presented.

"Welcome all,the case to be presented today is numbered N51011 and the penal codes revoked by the accused are Penal 101,124,154 and 300 which stand for murder of innocent, wrong use of power, mass Destruction and attempt to infuse fear in the minds of local people."

"The name of accused is Aleka Reynolds Gray ,the other name commonly known to all is the thunder wolf

Now next the accused is required to present in front of court to begin with the hearing process"

The sound of a door opening could be heard and everyone's eyes were fixed on the person who would step in.

They all expected a beast like ,ugly looking man to step in but what they saw made their eyes jump out of their sockets.

The sunlight seeping through the large windows fell on her face as she took a step forward from the darkness

They were all mesmerised by her beauty

Those innocent black eyes made them dive in their depths.

Her skin shined like diamonds .

She looked like a Queen walking towards her thrown but the iron chains hanging on her neck and binding her hands revealed that she indeed was a prisoner and nothing more.

The guards behind her nudged her to move and her tiny body got into motion.

Those burned arms were on full display but no one saw them,as they were preoccupied with being captivated by her angelic face and innocent eyes.

Her body was swaying showing how difficult it was for her petty body to carry the weight of the heavy shackles.

With slow unbalanced shaking steps she reached the box in which her life's decision would be taken in few minutes from now.

The thunder wolf,the most brutal killer,the beast,the killer of innocents was this girl

No one could believe this

Deadly silence filled the courtroom as everyone was trying to digest this shocking truth.

Only the members of the Alphas pack who saw her fight and kill the red eyed wolf believed .

In this deadly silence where everyone's attention was fixed on her,her eyes only linked with those royal blue ones .

She could see the dilemma in them, conflict of interest was evident,on one side was his mate and the other side was his duty to the crown that was placed on his head.

But she wanted him to forget who she was and do the one thing at which he is the best ,serving justice.

And his justice will be accepted by her with open hands .

Those who seek revenge will get it and she was willing to even die today if they wanted it.

She had surrendered not only herself but also her life and soul.

If this was just she was willing to give it.

The presenter of the case spoke to her making her break her eyes contact with the king.

"Miss Aleka are you ready for the hearing to begin?"

"Yes"

She replied in her low angelic voice

Everyone's eyes were fixed on her,still not able to believe that the thunder wolf was not only a girl but this beauty in front of them.

"charged with the murder of 4 entire packs,death toll reaching 2450 people ,responsible for killing 5 Alphas in coldblood and also previosly banished for killing our prior Queen aka our kings mother ,I present before all of you the main accused Aleka Gray

Do you Aleka Gray accept all the accusations imposed over you??"

Her eyes looked strait into the eyes of the presenter who asked her this question

Without any explanations,without any defence she simply replied

"Yes,I do"

"Do you have any reason behind your actions,or was it done out of coldblood?"

Her eyes were closed and her breathing heavy

Her silence accused her of so many things but she couldn't just explain them

She had already accused herself for her wolf's inhuman deeds and without even a trial she was ready for her execution.

"Your silence accuses you of coldblood murder of thousands of people,do you still don't want to say anything in your defence?"
