“Are you so in love with Iva?” Nikki asked.

With tears in her eyes, she thought this man who had been in her love for so long but always leave a back on her.

Ryan didn't hesitate at this time. "I love her, and marrying you is not what I wanted. After divorcing you, I will marry her as quickly as possible."

The divorce agreement was in the hands of Nikki. Looking at the several big words on the top, Nikki tightened a corner, and realized that their five-year marriage came to an end, just because of Iva. She could divorce in a fair and upright manner, but if there was such a big misunderstandings between them, but Iva won finally. she will die with everlasting regret.

Nikki threw the divorce agreement aside and said, "I regret it."

Ryan was annoyed by her words and grabbed her from the bed. "I know you're so scheming. The pain of your stomach is fake, you just don't want to divorce me, and you speak it out so righteously. Who gave you the courage to play tricks on me over and over again?”

"This is what Iva want, not me. She wants to marry you. I don't want to do it. If I can choose, I really want to push her down and make this bitch powdery!

Nikki was treated in this way. So she was angry at Iva.

Ryan stared at her and his face was angry with a ruthlessness, "Nikki, can you repeat again?"

Ryan slapped her into the bed.

Nikki bend down on the bed, cried in pain, burst into bad emotion. Crying hysterically, she touched her abdomen desperately.

In the past two days, there was only one person coming to see Nikki,who had no relatives. Her father already died five years ago, and her mother did not care about her after divorce.She had nothing now.There had nothing belonged to her no matter she lived or not.

Although life was boring, there were always something interesting.

That was Carl.

They have been classmates in the same class since elementary school. After she got married, he gradually faded out of her world. Now she has fallen out with Ryan.Of course Carl will come to take care of her. However, Nikki was having apathy on him, as if she would not love anyone except Ryan.

Carl came to see her from time to time, and each time he came he could see Nikki standing by the window. This lasted for a week before she spoke to him, but the first sentence was to stop him from visiting her again.

With his eyebrow frowned, Carl said solemnly, "Nikki, Ryan is going to divorce you, do you care about him?”

Nikki shook her head. She knew clearly that her mind would be useless for the truth that Ryan had already loved Iva so much. Nikki turned her head back, with a paleface. "I don't understand you, all I know is that Ryan is simply not worthy of you!" Carl shouted.

She almost forgot that only she knew about the advanced stage of gastric cancer. The others were not clear about the truth. She turned around again and stated, "The Mid-Autumn Festival is coming soon. I want to eat yolk moon cakes. Can you buy it for me?"

What Nikki said aroused his hope again. Carl nodded, and went out to buy moon cakes for her soon.

After Carl left, Nikki also bring her tired body out of the ward. She almost recovered . She didn’t want to say goodbye and would like to leave secretly. Otherwise Carl would discover her abnormality.

But before that, she wanted to see Ryan. Perhaps as Shane and Carl said, she only missed him no matter how many times he hurt her. She did not hesitate to move closer to him.

Nikki, all you suffered were from your own choice.

Iva was discharged today without any problems. She stayed in hospital for more than a month. Nikki stood at the door of the ward and looked at the people inside through the window.
