Carl smiled bitterly. He accompanied Nikki during this time. She suffered from a lot of pain and was near to death. How could he keep the secret when he understand how bad Nikki was? He couldn't make Ryan feel at ease, and couldn't satisfied Nikki's wishes. Moreover he would make Ryan suffer such pain for his lifetime.

"Carl, you fucking lie to me!" Ryan shouted. "It's not true. Nikki cannot get stomach cancer. She doesn’t want me to marry Iva. She deliberately let you irritate me. Tell me immediately that this is not true!”

"She has got advanced stomach cancer and she's dying." Carl destroyed Ryan's defense gradually.

Ryan thumped on the ground.

"How could I forgot you?"

Ryan's eyes were red, and the back of his hand was bleeding. "Where is Nikki? Tell me, I go to meet her now."

"She's in the hospital. Maybe you can't see her anymore." Carl said.

"I don't care!" Ryan shouted excitedly and hurried out.

Iva wore a wedding dress and she was very beautiful. Time was up, but Ryan didn’t turn up. So Iva went to find him. After seeing Ryan ran out so excitedly, Iva held his hand quickly, "Ryan, where are you going?"

Ryan stared at Iva with an extremely hateful look. Iva was startled by him. Ryan threw Iva to the ground, and said coldly, "I will find you to deal with the matter again!"

Iva panicked and cried,"No, Ryan, our wedding is about to begin, you can't leave me alone!"

Ryan left the hotel without looking back. He had to find Nikki. He had to tell Nikki that he always loved her. Even if the love came too late, he didn't want to have any regrets.
