After Martha left, it became quiet in the ward again.

Isobel lay on the bed and looked up at the ceiling. And then her face was full of tears, but she didn’t move.

She didn’t fall asleep all night.

She fell asleep after 5:00 in the morning.

"Because I think you will be hungry." She was really hungry. And then she got up and went into the bathroom to freshen up.

She took the spoon from his hand and then ate the porridge slowly.
