A Girl’s Diary novel Chapter 51

After slapping the girl, all eyes were on me. Nothing new, I guess. "Oops! I think your face got in the way of my hand," I said ever so innocently getting a few quite chuckles.

Ron's father, however, was oddly calm looking amused by everything as if it was a game.

Her face got super red, it was almost comical. "How dare you?" She screamed trying to go for a punch but I stepped aside pushing her face down rolling my eyes.

Pathetic!

At this moment, Desmond got between us glaring at her while she screamed her lungs out as she tried to reach me making him restrain her. "Calm down and leave her," I whispered to him.

"Father, why the hell is she here?" Ron shouted, i turned my attention to his dad. I did want to know too.

"You know why she's here," His calm tone disgusted me along with the smile... I wanted to separate his head from his body. "You fucking bastard," Ron muttered and was about to swing a punch but unfortunately Ross caught him with the help of Tommy until he calmed a little.

Rochelle then came forward ushering the bitch who not be named away from the scene. Was she taking sides now?

I looked around, what a mess! "As lovely as the dinner have been, I think we should take our leave." I finally said.

"Oh! So early?" Ron's dad asked pressing his lips together. "I was hoping we can discuss a few things," He continued. I looked over at Ron and he just shrugged then shook his head his glare still on his father.

"I'd love to but I can't stay in a house where this girl is present," I replied in a strong voice.

"She was just leaving." I raised a brow at his words while he came forward ever so close but I stood my ground not backing away. "If our discussion goes well, we won't have to see her again." I smirked gesturing for him to go on.

He lead the way to his office, I turned to glance at Ron who had a worried look. "I'll be right back." I kissed his cheek lovingly but I couldn't risk his siblings thinking anything about us.1

"Elena, don't, please," He pleaded holding my wrist to his body.

"I'm going to teach him a fucking lesson, don't worry about me," I smiled making him sigh and leave my hand.

Well, curiosity killed the cat.

"Go for the balls," Tommy whispered smiling in a creepy way. Then went to talk with Ron.

I slowly made my way to the office sitting on the black leather couch with my legs crossed. "So?"

"Would you like some coffee first?" He asked. I was dying of curiosity of what he wanted to discuss but he said coffee!!

How could I say no?!!

After he called the maid to get us coffee, I was so calm, it was unsettling.

"Now, get to the point, please." I was irritated because he was the one who invited the bitch I hated over. Who in their right mind would do that to their own son?!!

"I know you're the oldest of your siblings and probably will own most of the shares later on," He started. Hmm... so this was what the whole thing was about.

Everyone who knew about our family thought the same but really how would I run a company with a schedule like mine!

"And you know... since you and Ron are good friends, maybe you should help your family business by an alliance." He said. Was this guy for real, I couldn't believe it. But then again what did I really expect?

"And by alliance you mean?" I raised a brow. I knew what he fucking meant, I just had to hear it to confirm he was this much of an asshole.

"You two dating and marriage later on, of course." He was so content with his offer while I wanted to slaughter him. "Before you say anything, this will benefit you too having the backup of my company." I scoffed. As if I needed that asshole.

"Of course, my company will also benefit a lot if it were related to your family's." Such a gold digger!

Even though, I was already dating Ron and was pretty much in love, this didn't mean that he had a right to talk about us this way.

"Okay, listen here," I sat upright, my voice unwavering. "My relationship with Ron does not concern you. His relationships with anyone aren't something you should think you can control over," He raised an amused brow. I wanted to strangle him. "Get this into your thick mind, okay?" I was so disgusted.

He smirked.

He fucking smirked.

"Now, we're leaving," I said as I got up and left, shutting the door with so much force and anger. He stayed where he was not moving while I stomped to where everyone was.

Tommy of course asked what happened so I told him that I wanted to leave and will tell them everything later. I wasn't in the mood to drive so I sat in the back seat while Desmond offered to drive.

It was a quiet ride until we got home. The three of us sat in the living area while Desmond excused himself for a smoke. It was better since I didn't want him to get in the middle of this.

I took a deep breath before explaining what happened. Ron, of course, was furious but oddly silent. He had the right to be.

You know what... I was to blame too... I was so stupid that I agreed to follow him to his office. How could I be such an idiot even after Ron told me not to?!

I reached to touch Ron's shoulder tenderly. "Ron..." My voice was almost a whisper; I felt so bad. But there was no doubt he felt a ton worse. His father was a despicable human being.

"I need a moment alone," And with that he got up and left leaving me and Tommy staring at each other.

"Did you atleast injure him?" Tommy asked after some time sitting beside me. I shook my head sniffling. "Always so well mannered, you need to learn to be a rebel, I'm so disappointed," He chuckled rubbing my back.

"But I can't learn from you, you're always grounded," I could feel a smile creep it's way to my face.

"Nerd!" I punched him lightly making him put his hand over his heart acting hurt. I rolled my eyes at his antics.

"I should talk to him, right?" Please say no.

"You know you should," He shrugged pulling me to my feet. "Now go," He gave my back a little push making me pout and give him my best puppy eyes. "That only works on Ron," He chuckled making me frown but I went towards Ron's room anyway.

"Hey," I said quietly. His door was open so I took this as a good sign and entered. He didn't reply though.

"Ron, I'm sorry..."

He scoffed. "What are you sorry for, huh?" I was about to reply but his words came faster than thunder. "You were selfish, you just wanted to feel powerful, cause drama and be the centre of attention, didn't you?" His words were full of anger, I felt my vision go blurry but I refused to let the tears fall. "Well there you go miss Elena Whitte, how does it feel to be superior?! Or should I call you Cinnamon, the one everyone wants to be?" His words were full of disgust, i couldn't bear it.

"Just leave, Elena," He sighed.
