Always Been Yours (Tessa and Nicholas) novel Chapter 338

Chapter 338 Alimony

“Miss Tessa, I miss you!”

“I miss you too, Greg. What did you do today?”

“I took a culture class in the morning. I was practicing the violin just now, but I always get this area wrong.” As he spoke, he looked at her expectantly.

She naturally understood his thoughts. So, she asked him to play the song again. When she found any problems, she gave him advice for him to improve. Meanwhile, Gregory took his lessons seriously, and soon he was able to play the song rather well.

After the call ended, Tessa had a content smile on her lips. Even though she was on the bed, she didn’t feel sleepy. If anything, she felt that although she currently could not accompany the people she cared about in her life, the days she spent right now were still very fulfilling.

Tessa grabbed her phone as she had those thoughts in her mind. She planned to browse through the news back in her home country while waiting for her sleepiness to kick in. But, in the end, the trending news made all her sleepiness go away.

‘Such unfilial grandchild should be expelled from Southend University.’

Below the news headline was a photo of Timothy.

At once, Tessa browsed through the news. The look on her face turned nasty with each condemnation. I never expected Grandma would dare to pester Tim! Furthermore, she twisted the truth and made herself a victim. She even slandered Tim!

Initially, Tessa wanted to give Timothy a call and asked him what was going on. However, she hung up the moment she made the call. Since Tim didn’t tell me about this in the call earlier, he obviously doesn’t want me to worry about it.

At this thought, Tessa stared at the news on her phone again and felt utterly angered and repulsed by Amber. At a moment of impulsiveness, she wished she could immediately fly back home to help him, but she eventually squashed the urge.

Tim is all grown up now. I can’t always protect him.

Although her thoughts said to let him deal with it, she was still worried throughout the night.
