Chapter Twenty Five “Forgive”

Damon couldn’t resist tasting me in the shower, so now- as we’re together in the bathtub I can’t even sit up on my own. I’m leaning back against Damon’s chest with his arms wrapped around me, and his hands occasionally gently caressing my breasts and neck.

“You have the most beautiful and perfect body,” he whispers in my ear. I smile even though I’m on the verge of falling asleep.

“Why didn’t I know you were a dom all this time?” I ask. He shrugs slightly.

“I was scared that if I told you that you’d try out b**m, and I didn’t want you doing that with anyone who isn’t me.”

I chuckle slightly. “Well, I guess you have me exactly where you want me.” “I most certainly do,” he growls in my ear.

My brain snaps to alertness when I hear the faint cries of Meda in the distance, and I freeze.

“S**t! I didn’t check on Meda between scenes!” I jump out of the bath, towel dry myself off, slip on a robe, and rush to the nursery. I’m greeted with a sight that makes my heart clench.

Erebus is holding Meda carefully in his arms, bouncing her up and down slightly. She’s visibly settling down in his light hold.
