I Love You, Miss Genius (Bonnie Shepard and Ivor Knight) novel Chapter 288

Chapter 288

“Hey! How come I didn’t notice before? You’re quite the jealous type when it comes to love, huh? Ivor, what’s wrong with giving a hug? Are you afraid I’ll run off with your wife? Speaking of which, I knew Bonwick first, many years ago. If I had any intentions, Bonwick would have been my wife ages ago!”

Listening to Orpheus’s words, Ivor couldn’t help but feel relieved. Thankfully, his uncle didn’t have eyes for Bonwick. Otherwise, with his uncle’s looks and talent, Bonwick might have ended up as his aunt.

Just thinking about it gave him a headache.

“All right, let’s not argue with him. He’s always jealous of everyone.” Bonnie couldn’t be bothered with Ivor and continued speaking to Orpheus, “I have a friend. She’s from the Smith family, and both the Smiths and the Mosses are fighting over you, the big celebrity, for endorsements.”

“I know about that. So, you want me to endorse for the Smiths?”

‘Yeah, the Moss are a bunch of jerks, and their company culture sucks.”

“OK, whatever you say, Bonwick.”

Early the next morning, Bonnie received a call from Avril.

“Bonnie, my parents want me to thank you. Thanks to you, we successfully signed

Orpheus.”

“No need to thank me. We’re good friends. Besides, your parents are like my godparents

now.

“Exactly, so I won’t bother with formalities. The Mosses must be furious right now. They probably never expected all this to happen because of you.”

While the two were chatting, Bonnie’s phone received a push notification from Twitter’s hot topics.

Orpheus was spotted dating at a bar.

There were photos attached, blurry but still showing Orpheus’s face, and sitting across

from him was herself.

She had been photographed last night.

It wasn’t just trending. It was the top headline. Orpheus was dating a beautiful woman at the bar, and shockingly, she was seen getting cozy with another man right in front of Orpheus.

There were more photos.
