Ged texted Ivor, “Your fiancee is decisive and unyielding! She’s destined for big things in life.”

Ivor confidently replied, “Why do you think I fell in love with her? After all, birds of a feather flock together.”

That night, Bonnie finished having dinner with her fellow students.

Channing asked with concern, “How about I send you home, Bonnie?”

“You're doubting my fighting skills by saying that,” Bonnie said playfully.

“I'd never do that. ] heard about how you and Maisie fought and ended in a draw a while ago. Still, | noticed the guys from earlier today were looking at you pretty menacingly. Bonnie nodded and said, “I appreciate your concern, Channing. I understand what you mean, but you guys are busy during the day, yet you came to my aid without question. I'm sure you have responsibilities to tend to tomorrow.

“T don't want to take up more of your time. Also, I already asked someone to come and take me home.”

Channing felt at ease hearing that. Mike added, “Ts he reliable? I mean the guy who’s coming to pick you up. Can we count on him?”

Bonnie received a text. After reading it, she smiled at her fellow students and said, “He’s here—let’s go outside. You'll find out how reliable he is when you see him.”
