Madam, Your Ex-Husband Is On Call novel Chapter 48

Chapter 48 Samara Fainted

Anastasia paused and then continued, "What's more, if you can persuade Mrs. Lamia Patterson to accept me, why can't you persuade her to ask Christian to help handle this matter? Wouldn't it be more useful?"

There was some doubt in her light eyes.

But her words made Samara's face turn pale all of a sudden.

She glared at Anastasia.

"You have a sharp tongue. I've underestimated you."

Being rejected by Anastasia, Samara felt humiliated. She stood up immediately and warned Anastasia, "I'm giving you a chance, Anastasia. If you miss it now, you'll never get one again!"

Anastasia didn't know why Samara could say this confidently.

She didn't even bother to talk with Lamia, let alone someone else.

She still stood up with a smile and glanced at Kevin.

"Walk Mrs. Samara Newton out."

Kevin nodded, "Mrs. Samara Newton, please..."

Samara's chest heaved up and down in anger, and she pointed at Anastasia with trembling fingertips.

"You..."

Her face turned pale, and suddenly she couldn't breathe and fell backward.

Kevin ran over quickly.

"Call an ambulance, Ms. Graves."

Anastasia nodded, frowned slightly, and immediately called an ambulance.

She reflected on the conversation just now and thought, "I didn't say anything excessive! This person is too weak?"

Soon, Anastasia asked Kevin to notify Terence and went directly to the hospital.

The doctor pushed Samara in for emergency treatment.

Anastasia was waiting for Kevin to finish the formalities, and Terence rushed over.

Seeing her, he cursed furiously, "Anastasia Graves, you jinx. What did you do to my mother?

"Listen, if something happens to her, I will let you pay for it!"

As he spoke, he stretched out his hand to push Anastasia heavily.

Anastasia didn't expect it and bumped into the wall all of a sudden, feeling pain in her arm.

Her gaze instantly turned cold, and her bright facial features were also tinged with a bit of coldness.
