Mates But Enemies novel Chapter 22

Third Person POV.

He entered the room furious and with an aggressive strength pulled down the dressing mirror situated in the room. It was dark and one could hardly see in the room but because he was werewolf, he could see pretty well, a woman led on a bed almost naked with just the coversheet covering her waist. He growled angrily and smashed everything in his view down, his fingers grew longer and his mouth pouted. His wolf wanted to come out but he wasn't allowing it, the woman shook in her sleep and he went still not wanting to wake her up. It seemed he had come back to his senses but she still woke up and looked his way drowsily. Then she whispered,

“Barb, come to bed, what's wrong with you? Did something happen prince?”

“No, no, no...you go to bed, I will be alright, I don't know why I never get used to their uninteresting in me and their biased behavior. ” He shouted angrily.

“Is it your parents once again?” She asked in a hoarse voice.

“Is it my fault that I am a little weaker for an alpha and trust easily? Why shouldn't I trust people around me? I don't want to be suspicious of anyone it hurts my heart every time I see them. ” He lamented, his heart throbbing with pain.

“Yes I know my love, it isn't a crime but I don't want anyone to influence you to be on the bad side of your father. You know anyone can still be the alpha l, you are the first born and the most eligible one for the throne more than the others. ” She said but he wasn't paying her any attention, it seemed like someone was mind linking him. And what he said afterward proved her point.

“Please go back to sleep I am being called by the high official the beta of grandpa. ” Said Barb now back to reality.

“Okay go ahead but I won't say again, be careful you are not influenced by any of them because it is critical point and you ate at your weakest. ” His wife advised.

He nodded and swept his hand in his hair and went closer to the woman and pegged her lips and whispered,
