Mates But Enemies novel Chapter 25

The man sat there looking at me then got up and started walking towards me. I looked at my beta but he only smiled my way and whispered,

“Greetings, my alpha and prince. ”

“Then I shouted don't be silly someone tell me what is happening here and why you have allowed a stranger into our pack house and that too another alpha without my permission?”

The man got closer to me and with a sneaking smile on his face asked,

“Are you afraid that someone would come for your throne that's why you don't allow strangers without your permission?”

I looked at him angrily, but my wolf was calm so I also became calm because if he was dangerous he wouldn't be that calm in the first place.

So I went more close to him and asked,

“Who are you and what are you doing here?”

He didn't blink an eye and whispered,

“I am here to find my son but I ended up here but to identify him and he me, how about we have a duet maybe if he saw the way I fought, he would know who I was. ”

I looked at him closely and after scanning his veins and looking through him at his wolf, I found out that he was a very strong alpha. With the least mistake he would conquer me but I still agreed with the duet. I wondered who could be the son of a strong alpha like that and still could be defeated by me. My pack members applauded and Mr. Martinez nodded to show his approval. Then I showed him to pack training grounds, we got there and I gave him a sword but he put it away and asked me to face him in combat.

I got worried for him because I knew that no one could beat me in my combat skills because even myself didn't know where it came from and how I could use it so well.

I looked at him again and asked him to come on it, we started the duet. Ten minutes and none of us had been able to give out a blow to the other. My pack looked on marvelled because they didn't believe there was someone I couldn't defeat. I watched his way of attacking and defending and saw that we were actually doing the same thing. Then I took him in my hands and led him on the floor which was part of the duet and stood up and watched him. He stood up with a smile on his face and asked,

“Do you recognize your father now? After all I had taught you you know today to have a big pack out here by yourself is really applauding. ”

I looked at him and saw that we had the same physic but our face deciphered. As if he knew I was thinking, he quipped in,

“We might not look identical in the face but if you see your mother, you will know I am not lying. ”

Mr. Martinez moved from where he was standing and came to us then said,
