Mr. Sutton's Lovesick Girl novel Chapter 4

The real snake-hearted woman was Lucia!

He thought, and he punished her harder and harder! "It's not your turn to say who I love!"

Lucia gritted her teeth as she endured the man's mad hitting.

Justin's phone rang, and it was Lucia’s father Davis Barrett was calling.

Justin picked up the phone and the middle-aged man on the other end of the line shouted with a sobbing voice, "Justin! Justin! Esther killed herself, she wants to see you before she dies!"

It was the first time Justin had stopped without getting physical satisfaction.

As the car made its way back to the city, Lucia played with her fingers and said, "If Esther doesn't die, but the two of us died in the crash, we might be able to be a ghost couple without being disturbed."

Justin saw the corner of Lucia's mouth curled up, thinking if this woman's purpose had finally been achieved?

Her sister was dying. Did she get her revenge?

"Shut up!"

"Worried? Scared? Are you afraid you'll never see her again in your life?"

"Lucia, you're so cold-blooded! She’s your sister."

"My mother only had me as a daughter, how come I have a sister?"

Lucia knew very well that Esther would not really kill herself. She was so scheming that she even sent the men she loved to the bed of other woman. What else dare she not do? And she now wanted Justin back to her.

Her suicide was just a move to force Justin to divorce.

Lucia didn't go to the hospital, and Justin went alone.

Justin had not gone home for three days, but Lucia kept vomiting in these three days. Her mouth was bitter and her throat was swollen and sore, so she had to go to the hospital.

The twin pregnancy was eventually confirmed.

Twins!

God had really made a big joke with her.

She and Justin did not have good terms, could pregnancy be considered happy?

Lucia pinched the test paper, walking back and forth in the hospital aisle, thinking what she should do.

She went back to the doctor.

The doctor sat in the mid of pile of paper, she said without raising her head, "You are pregnant, do you want to keep the baby? If you don’t, abort it before it's too late, or it will make you suffer."

Lucia got a jolt when she heard that and fled out like a ghost. Outside the hospital, she sat on the stairs and burst into tears with her face buried in her hands.

If the twins were compensation for her, she wanted to let go of everything and live her life well.

It took her a long time to calm down, and then she made a call to Justin, "Justin, come home for dinner today, I have something to talk to you."

"She hasn't recovered physically."

"I have things important to tell you."

"Handle it yourself."

"I'll wait for you, and if I don’t see you home, I'll go to the hospital and pull out Esther's oxygen tube!"

Lucia said gamely and hung up the phone.

In the evening she made three dishes and a soup. During the two years of marriage, they never had a good time eating together. But now she got pregnant and she should give her kids a warm home.

No sooner had the meal been served than she heard the door was opening. Lucia ran over to open the door, grinning towards the man, but only to see Justin’s fatigue and indifference.

Justin walked past Lucia carrying the smell of the hospital's disinfectant. He uttered as he walked upstairs, "I'll take a shower and go to the hospital in a minute, I'll pick you up tomorrow and go get the divorce papers."

Delicious food had been ignored.

Lucia had been standing downstairs, wearing slippers, a ruffled apron. She had lost weight in the past few days and her eyes looked therefore bigger, which now were locking at the stairway.

She was there waiting.

Justin showered and got changed before he came downstairs. As he walked past her, she stopped him, "Stay home tonight. I have something to tell you, the hospital has nurses."

"She needs me right now."

"I need you too."

Justin broke Lucia's hand away with force, "Lucia, you didn't die for me."

Lucia felt sore in her eyes but she smiled, so he wished her death?
