The Contract Lover (Nina Morrison and Lucien Gray) novel Chapter 100

Chapter 100 Threat

"Lucien! Is it not enough for you to destroy me? Why can't you let me go? You bastard!" Nina is crying. She cries out all her grievances and sorrows.

It's all Lucien's fault. If she doesn't run around to avoid him, maybe her baby will be born healthy!

If he is not so cruel, maybe her father is very healthy now!

It's all his fault! Her life has been a mess since she met him!

After hearing Nina's angry accusations, Lucien is also angry. She's too headstrong!

He pulls her hair and pulls her face in front of him, "Nina! Don't forget that you haven't fulfilled the mistress contract!"

Nina's face is full of tears. She stares at Lucien resentfully. "What about you! Have you kept the contract! You are responsible for my father's death!"

Barry's dead? Lucien is a little surprised, but he doesn't think much.

He stares at Nina. "It's my business whether I comply with the contract or not. What you have to do must be done!"

"What's the matter!" Grandpa Gray comes in on crutches, and the nanny comes to the living room with the baby.

Lucien has great respect for his grandfather. He loosens Nina's hair, "Grandpa." He immediately looks to the baby in the hand of the nanny.

He wakes up and is looking curiously at the adults around him.

When Nina sees the baby, she suddenly thinks of her dead baby. Her heart aches.

Nelson's eyes are big and bright, and he looks smart. Nina looks at this baby. Her heart is full of maternal love.

Grandpa Gray sees Nina looking at this baby all the time and her eyes are glowing with motherly warmth. He has a certain fondness for the little girl whose hair is unkempt and pale and thin.

Those who love his great-grandchildren are good people. This is the logic of Grandpa Gray.

Grandpa Gray says with dignity, "Lucien, what's the matter?"

"Grandpa, she's my girlfriend. She was missing before. I just found her today." Lucien says.

Nina is stunned at what he said. This man is good at lying!

"Girlfriend?" Grandpa Gray takes a serious look at Nina. She is thin but beautiful. She should be a pretty beauty after a break. She is pure and her eyes look kind. She is a good girl.

"I'm not his girlfriend." Nina explains in a hurry. But she can't go on. She can not say that she is not his girlfriend but a mistress.

In the face of such a kind old man, she really can't talk about it.

"Nina, stop being capricious. I did it wrong. Don't be angry. We will have a good life in the future. All right?" Lucien, of course, has to be nice in front of Grandpa. Nina's performance leads him to conclude that Nina is afraid to tell Grandpa Gray the truth.

Lucien's gentle tone makes Nina sick. This man is not only domineering but also hypocritical!

Adults are talking. The baby probably feels a little lonely and begins to hum. Nina's eyes are always on the baby's face.

The nanny says to Lucien pleasantly, "young master, look how cute little master is!"

Little master? It seems that this baby is Lucien's son! This baby is more than a month old. Lucien is dissolute! Nina snorts in her heart.

But this baby is really cute. Nina can't help looking at him more.

She thinks this baby looks familiar! She thinks she has seen him!

Grandpa Gray looks at his great-grandson and tells his nanny, "feed this baby well. He is now more than two months old and looks like he was just born! He's growing too slowly! He's my only great-grandson. Take good care of him!"

The nanny says respectfully, "don't worry, the baby hasn't been fed well before, so he is very thin. I will feed him well and make him white and fat!"

After listening to the conversation between Grandpa Gray and the nanny, Nina's question disappears. It turns out that this is a boy over two months old. Her baby is a lovely daughter. If she is still alive, she is only one month old now.

Seeing Nina staring at the baby, Grandpa Gray says to the nanny, "let this lady hold him."

Nina's eyes widen in surprise. Really? How could Grandpa Gray agree to let her hold this baby?

Nina reaches out and takes baby from the nanny. The baby's black and bright eyes have been staring at her quietly. After a while, he grins at her! His eyes are as lovely as crescent moon!
