The Contract Lover (Nina Morrison and Lucien Gray) novel Chapter 101

“What are you doing! Don’t come over! Or I’ll be rude to you!” Nina desperately shrinks to the corner of the bed. Seeing Lucien’s sinister smile on the corner of his mouth, she knows what he is going to do!

“Nina, you haven’t seen me for so long. Don’t you miss me?” Lucien’s voice is low and mute, and he walks step by step to the bedside.

“I miss you? I’m sick!” Nina is not afraid of anything now. She’s not afraid to offend Lucien! She’s free!

“Little woman, I’ll see if you’re lying!” Lucien is infuriated by Nina’s words.

He grabs her slender waist with a big hand. His lips press on hers.

His kiss becomes hotter and hotter. Lucien’s previous kisses were mostly punitive, but today’s kiss brings more tenderness.

Nina’s body begins to shiver. She is never afraid of being treated badly. She just can’t stand being treated well.

She is used to being treated badly by others. She has seen too much indifference since her father’s business went bankrupt. She is not afraid of being bad to her.

But she can’t stand being treated well. If other people treat her well, she will try her best to be better to him. She is afraid of betraying the kindness of others. She is afraid that she doesn’t deserve the kindness.

At the moment, Lucien’s kiss is less aggressive. Lucien’s kiss has too much in it. It’s apologetic, compassionate and missing.

Nina is not a fool. How could she not feel the affection in Lucien’s kiss?

Maybe Lucien isn’t that bad.

But how to explain Dad’s death? If he really has a little affection for her, why did he let her father die in the hospital?

Lucien suddenly lets go of her. His voice is grim with a warning, “Nina, focus!”

“Huh?” Nina suddenly opens her eyes and sees Lucien’s dark eyes. His eyes are full of possessiveness. His forehead is against hers. His warm breath brushes her skin, “Nina, focus. When kissing me, you can only have me in your heart!”

He says the last sentence like a wayward child. Nina’s eyes widen in surprise. Is this still Lucien?

Seeing Nina’s surprised eyes, Lucien suddenly has an embarrassment of being caught. What happened to him just now? He said that to Nina! Damn!

To cover up his feelings, Lucien kisses Nina’s lips again.

When the final climax erupts, Lucien is exhausted. He hugs Nina and closes his eyes. Nina is tired and weak, but her eyes are wide open. What the hell is she doing? Lucien’s coldness led directly to her father’s death, but she is still treated like this by Lucien! Nina, are you still a person?

A deep sense of self reproach and shame make Nina clench her lips and shed tears. No! She can’t be imprisoned like this by Lucien! She has to run away!

Nina calls tentatively, “Lucien?” Lucien doesn’t answer. She hears only his slight breath.

Nina is relieved. She puts her slender fingers on Lucien’s arm and tries to move it. But Lucien is hugging her. Nina can’t move it at all. She is afraid to wake Lucien up.
