The Good Girl's Revenge novel Chapter 19

"Derek is awake. How dare you come? Aren't you afraid I'll call out?"

"If you dare, I will fuck you in front of them. Let's see if Derek will be willing to swallow his pride and be cuckolded!"

"You are despicable and shameless!"

"Meredith, one month we agreed on is about to expire. Have you decided yet? Yes or no?"

Meredith was shocked. He actually still remembered this!

"How can I forget such a big thing?" The man seemed to see through her mind and reached out his warm, wet tongue and slowly licked Meredith's cheek, "I'm looking forward to your answer."

Meredith's body trembled and some footsteps came from outside the corridor. Just as Meredith was about to shout loudly, the man blocked her mouth, "Be good. Don't be afraid. I won't eat you today. I've already changed the check I gave you into a card. Take this card and buy some beautiful and sexy clothes. When the deadline comes, I'll come to you. Remember to wear those clothes to welcome me."

A bank card was stuffed into her hand. The man stood up with a sly smile and looked down at her dangerously, "If you don't listen to me, I'll let Derek die quietly on your body. See if the Xaviers will kill you."

Meredith clutched the card tightly. The edge of the card pierced into her flesh. It hurt deeply, and it also brought her deep struggle and despair.

Finally, she closed her eyes resignedly and nodded silently, "I see."

The man left with satisfaction. Shortly afterward, Derek came back. Meredith watched him take off his clothes and lie on the bed, and she asked softly, "Derek, were you conscious when you were in a coma? Was your hearing normal at that time?"

Derek glanced at her coldly, "What, are you afraid I'll hear you fooling around with your wild man?"

"No... I..."

She was afraid that he would hear what she had told him on those helpless nights.

The man got up, walked over to her, squatted down and pinched her face. "Meredith, remember your identity. You'd better behave yourself. Even if I don't like you, I won't allow my wife to fool around with other men!"

Derek's coldness was chilly and scary, and the overbearing aura coming from him was completely different from that man's viciousness.

But both of them made Meredith extremely scared.

She nodded, "I... I won't..."

"You'd better behave yourself!"

Shaking her face away, Derek wiped his hands as if he had touched something dirty before lying down to sleep.

The next morning, Meredith went out to buy clothes, even if she was unwilling because she was not sure whether the man was monitoring her from a corner. If she didn't listen to him, she was afraid that he would do something terrible, and she wouldn't even know when she would be punished by him.

the Xaviers's car stopped in front of the J City's most luxurious shopping mall, and Meredith got out of the car. When she saw it, all sorts of feelings welled up in her mind.

When she was the daughter of the Masons, her mother would bring her here from time to time, but now... Things were totally different.

Ignoring the random thoughts in her mind, Meredith walked in and found the store she used to visit most often. After a few years, the decoration didn't change much, but she didn't know anyone.

Casually looking at the store, Meredith felt a few unfriendly eyes fall on her. When she turned around, she saw a few of the shop assistants with strange expressions and a hint of disdain in their eyes.

Meredith looked at her clothes, a pair of worn-out jeans and a simple white T-shirt, as well as a white canvas satchel. She didn't look like someone who could afford the things here.

It seemed that Julius was right. People nowadays were utilitarian. If they saw someone didn't dress well, they will classify the one as a lowly person. Therefore, she must dress more decent clothes.

Thinking about it, Meredith took a fancy to a dress in the middle of the store and was about to reach out to take it off. Suddenly, someone opposite her snatched it from her hands.

Meredith frowned. She wanted to just let it go and look at something else. But suddenly, the person screamed in surprise, "Look who she is? Meredith?"
