Follow Me novel Chapter 44

Julian squinted unpleasantly and noticed that she was struggling. He instinctively tightened his arm and strode into the bedroom.

Sadie was carried by him and placed into the bed. When she was awake, she opened her eyes in a daze.

"Did you have a nightmare?" Julian held her tightly and kissed her forehead gently. "Don't be afraid, I am here."

Sadie was dumbfounded for a while. When she was fully awake, she blinked and muttered, "You are back?"

Julian nodded, rolled over, and lay aside. Then he reached out to take her into his arms. "What dream did you have?"

Sadie was tense and shook her head. "The sequel of the roller coaster ride."

She dreamed of a weird fat man who kept making her drink and also dreamed that he tried to touch her. And then there was blood on the man's face. He looked as if he wanted to fight her desperately, so she suddenly woke up.

"You little coward." Julian kissed her hair gently, knowing she didn't want to talk about it, so he didn't force her. He hugged her for a while, then let go of her, and got up to take a shower.

After turning on the shower, he glanced at the sink and pressed his lips unconsciously.

The moment he just went back to City A, Cayden came over. It could be seen that what a scene that fake Sadie had made in the house.

And he was sure that Cayden had received some news. Otherwise, he would not deliberately propose to spend the night at ZSB Garden.

Unfortunately, after he and Sadie went out, Amina cleaned up Sadie's things and sent them to the cabinet in the attic upstairs.

Cayden didn't find the evidence, so he lived in the house for one night and returned to City A in a rage.

According to Khalid, the assistant going with him was scolded fiercely.

Thinking of this, he raised his eyebrows, turned off the shower, and took the bath towels from the towel rack. Then he wrapped it around his waist casually and opened the door with a hairdryer in his hand.

Sadie hadn't slept yet. Seeing him come out like this, she was obviously startled.

Didn't he just wash his hair in the morning? Why did he wash it again? She wondered if he wanted her to help him dry his hair as she saw him like that.

Just thinking about it, she heard him say, "Get up and help me dry my hair."

Sadie was silent, biting her lip and slowly getting up from the bed. She reached out to take over the hairdryer he was handing.

Julian looked down and saw that her cheeks seemed to flush again. He looked around and sat down on the head of the bed.

Sadie plugged the hairdryer in, turned on the hot air, and helped him blow his hair clumsily.

His hair was short. As the hot wind blowing, the cold in the room seemed to disappear.

The hotel's bath towels were standard size. Probably because he was too tall and the towel was wrapped low, she dare not look down or look randomly.

After drying for a while, Julian suddenly stretched out his hand, held her waist without warning, and led her forward. He was smiling cheerfully, "Come closer. How can you dry it if you are far away?"

Sadie was frightened, her back sweating. And her hands holding the hairdryer were shaking. But he didn't seem to realize how intimate this posture was.

He split his legs, sitting there masculinely with a calm expression. The hands that fell on her waist didn't intend to withdraw.

Sadie blushed, trying to move away from him a bit, but he closed his legs deliberately to trap her.

"Sadie..." Julian called her hoarsely. His warm and thick palms slid down and landed on her curvy hips. He took away the hairdryer with the other hand, turned off the power, and forced her to sit on his lap.

"It's okay. Let's sleep." Sadie's forehead was sweating profusely, and her heart was pounding.

Julian raised his head and looked at her profile with a smile.

The light was so bright. She was probably too nervous. Her face was bright pink. Her soft lips were pressed tight. There was sweat on the tip of her nose with warm yellow light shining on it.

As he looked at her like this, his body was like an awakened beast in an instant, craving for having sex with her.

"You..." Sadie noticed his reaction. Her body was also hot as if it were burning.

He didn't wear a nightgown, only a bath towel around him. It was so hard to ignore it.

Julian's eyes darkened. He held her and fell into the bed, reached out to pull the quilt to cover her, and slid his big hand into her nightgown, clinging to her back without moving.

Sadie didn't even dare to breathe, looking rather alert.

She felt that she was like a lobster being steamed in a steamer with so much sweat on her body.

After a long while, Julian withdrew his hand and stood up as if nothing had happened. "I'll go change my nightgown."

Sadie exhaled and nodded mechanically.

Hearing the sound of the bathroom door closing, her closed eyes suddenly opened. Then she patted her chest with lingering fear.

She found that she couldn't understand Julian again.

With his power and conditions, why would he treat her with such restraint...

As she was lost in thought, the sound of flowing water in the bathroom stopped, followed by the sound of the door opening.

She was startled and quickly closed her eyes. After a while, the mattress on the other side sank. His clear breath enveloped her. Her damp back was pressed against his broad chest again.

"Good night..." Julian lowered his head, leaving so many kisses on her red earlobes.

Sadie responded and muttered, "Good night."

Julian really behaved himself, just holding her tightly for the whole night.

When she woke up in the morning, she sweated a bit because of his body temperature. Her whole body was sticky.

After moving a while, she just wanted to get up before Julian was awake, but he tightened the strength of his arms and said in a hoarse voice. "Morning, the driver will take you back to school in a while. Call me whenever you need to."

Sadie froze and waited until he got up and went to the bathroom. Then she got up, quickly took her clothes, and went to another room to change.

They had breakfast in the room. Maybe Julian had specifically instructed. There was one Chinese breakfast and the other one was western.

Julian looked focused and ate gracefully. The nightgown on his body hadn't been changed yet. There was still a trace of laziness on his handsome face after getting up, which was sexy and charming.

Sadie looked at him secretly, lowered her head, and said casually, "How do you know I like to eat these?"

"Just a wild guess." Julian raised his eyebrows and smiled. "What's the matter?"

Sadie held the spoon tightly and shook her head.

The colors of the clothes he bought for her were all she liked, and the food he arranged was also what she liked. The feeling that they had lived together before became stronger and stronger.

She could be sure that she had never met him after twelve years old.

But before twelve years old... How would she live with him at such a young age?

"If you decided what you wanted to give me, take the initiative." Julian saw through her mind and grinned cheerfully. He took the tie that was placed on the side and stuffed it into her hand. "I will teach you."

Sadie was taken aback. When she understood the meaning of what he said, she flushed and felt so hot as if she were thrown on the stove.

She tightened the tie in her hand and turned her face away, trying not to look at him. "I haven't decided yet."
