“He is probably worried about you, afraid that you wouldn’t be comfortable staying here. In fact, he’ll likely come to pick you up tomorrow, and take you to a place he deems foolproof.”
Lysander let out a sigh.
She agreed with what Adrian had said.
What tour? He’s probably here to stir up trouble.
She typed on the phone: I’ll stay with you for a few days until my voice recovers. After that, I’ll move out and find a place of my own.
Then she returned his phone to him.
Adrian looked at the text on his phone and slowly nodded. “Alright, do whatever you please. I’m very familiar with this area, so feel free to reach out if you need any help.”

I cant get over the fact that the writer is trying to show as if the male lead has committed a grave sin. First he didnt know she was pregnant because she never told him. Second right from the start she never communicated anything. She was unbothered even during her marriage. I am not saying the male lead is great but atleast he seems like a human with emotions unlike her. And there is no context for why she is so emotionless....
The female lead is not charming but an unbothered b word, there is a very big difference. There is no point of extending this story at all because even if you write 1000+ chapters at 1001 the male lead would still be doing everything for her and she wouldnt bat an eye even if someone killed him. I mean honestly either the start should have been written better where we do understand that she was deeply affected because of her divorce or just STOPPPPP. Even for fiction it is annoying....
