Chapter 114 The Fight Began

William nodded, glanced at the silent Walter, said no more, and went straight past the Tibetan Mastiff to find someone.

I was about to get up from the ground when a hand appeared in front of me to help. Looking at the well-defined and attractive fingers in front of me, I pursed my lips, didn’t reach out for help, but got up on

my own.

Upon seeing this, Walter fell silent, his handsome eyebrows slightly lowered in disappointment, slowly retracting his hand.

I avoided his gaze and followed William inside.

The spire was not large, but the darkness added a touch of fear.

This beast, Henry.

My eyes were bloodshot. William arrived before me. After a few seconds of shock, he quickly took off his suit and draped it over Rachel, lifting her from the pile of stolen goods.

The sudden loss of gravity jolted Rachel awake, and she screamed and struggled violently, “Don’t touch me, don’t touch me…” She flailed uncontrollably.

William held her tightly, soothing her aloud, “Don’t be afraid, don’t be afraid, no one will hurt you, we are here to save you, don’t be afraid.”

Rachel couldn’t hear his words, her eyes were full of tears, and she was frantically scratching around.

My whole heart was ruthlessly wrenched, the pain almost suffocating

  1. I knelt beside her, clutching her tightly, my voice choked with emotion, “Rachel, it’s me, it’s me, I’m Tabatha, don’t be afraid, we’re here to save you, don’t be afraid!”

Perhaps it was hearing the familiar name that slowly calmed the terrified, helpless look in her eyes, but her body was still shaking. She stared at me blankly, her voice hoarse, “Tabatha!”

I nodded, gripping her hand tightly, “Yes, it’s me, I’ve come to save you. Don’t be afraid, we’re going home soon.”

I tried to lift it up, but I had just had a miscarriage, and my lower abdomen was still faintly aching, so I couldn’t exert any strength.

“I’m coming!” William spoke. He was as tall as Walter, and with almost no effort, he lifted Rachel up.

Perhaps regaining her clarity, Rachel looked at him blankly, then at

I comforted her and hurriedly left the spire with William. Walter was silent all the time, following me without a word. I also didn’t say a word.

Outside the tower, Ashley was anxiously waiting. Seeing us come out, she glanced at Rachel, who was no longer recognizable, and guiltily looked away.

Subsequently, he uneasily turned his gaze towards Walter.

I watched all of this coldly, the anger surging in my heart was repeatedly suppressed by reason. The most important thing now was to get Rachel to the hospital.

“Oh, why have both young masters of the Hinton family come? What’s going on?” Henry, with a few people, went up to the rooftop, looking at us with a sarcastic smile, blocking our way.

William pursed his lips, holding Rachel, his face somewhat somber, “Henry, move away!”

Rachel, in his arms, seemed to tremble all over upon hearing Henry’s voice.

Henry gave him a mocking glance, not only did he not make way, but he deliberately stood in front of William, blocking his path. He provocatively said, “Young Master, this place is now my territory. If you want to take this person away, shouldn’t you greet me first?”

William’s eyebrows furrowed slightly, his complexion not looking too good. He looked at Henry and said, “Henry, we’re all just trying to get by. Today, I have to take this person away.”

“What if I refuse?” Henry spoke up, tilting his head to look at Walter beside him. His gaze fell on his injured right hand, and he mocked, “Oh, has Mr. Walter’s hand been crippled?”
